This restaurant has become our addiction; weve eaten there 4-5 times in the last couple of months. The danish bleu is by far the best hamburger Ive ever had, the fries are great (1 order serves 2), and theres a rotating selection of interesting beers to choose from. From the other reviews, it seems like there may have been some kinks in the service when they first opened, but weekend lunch & dinner service has been smooth when weve been there. The owner/chef has been out in front keeping an eye on things and checking in on guests. My only complaint is that the dining room is a bit loud for my taste, though no louder than Ive come to expect in restaurants the last several years. Expect to spend about $12/person, or about $16 if you order alcohol or desert.

Not only is the food here delicious and the staff wonderful, but the owner Joseph is a very generous supporter of the arts. He was kind enough to make canapes for the opening reception of our art exhibition and they were a big hit. Everyone at the event loved them and they really added to the success of the evening. Both the marinated summer vegetables with herb mozzarella and hummus goat cheese tostadas were out of this world. We are so grateful to Joseph and Burger Parlor for contributing to our event. None of us can wait to go to Burger Parlor and have some more of their amazing food.

Best burgers Ive ever had. I love the rotation of the selections and that each day of the week has a special burger of the day. The Captain Crunch shake is my favorite shake of all time. This place has a great atmosphere. Burgers are gourmet style burgers so its expected that they cost more than a fast food joint. When I attended CSUF I used to go here all the time and wish I lived closer to go more often. Bootleggers Golden Chaos is my favorite beer thanks to this place. I highly recommend this place. The staff is always friendly and always ready to serve the customer.

Hey Yall! I just tried out the Burger Parlor in Fullerton. Im visiting SOcal for the first time!! I have been eating all over orange county and they have the juciest burgers I have ever had in my life. I had a smokey burger cuz the lady said it was the most popular. Man it was good. Bacon and fried onions. They suggested I add a fried egg. HEAVEN! My friend got a fried chicken sandwich. He said it was amazing. We also got fries and onion rings. So freaking good! I will go to this place every time i am in orange county!!

One of my favorite places to eat in Downtown Fullerton. I like to order a custom BLT burger. The buns are toasted to perfection! The beef is always amazingly seasoned and the lettuce is never soggy. They also have a really good selection of craft beers. The space is very nicely lit and you can see the other shops and pedestrians walking along Harbor Blvd through the big front windows. I like to beat the lunch rush, because they can get really busy. But anything I order is well worth the wait. You cant beat that fresh ingredient taste!

Love this DTF burger joint. It took me a while to perfect my order here and I figured out the key is asking for a medium rare patty for your burger. Otherwise, its not as juicy as it should be. The Old Fashioned and Smokey are great picks! Also, the potato wedges are bomb as well as their homemade feta ranch dip. Get a stamp card and earn fries and eventually burger! They also have a rotating selection of 5 craft beers on tap.

Very good hamburgers and good beer. Ive had almost everything on the menu, and my favorite is pretty much the straight up Parlor Burger. Skip the DTF fries or whatever they call their meatier version of in-n-out animal fries, and same for their chili fries. Both seem to come out soggy, and frankly their chili isnt that great. Dont miss their more traditional fries though, or the onion rings, which are great.

Came in last night to celebrate my wifes birthday. I had the "Smokey burger. It was wonderful. I love BBQ burgers and the sauce was smooth and the onion rings are a great touch. My wife got a free shake for her birthday. My girls had the grill cheese. We will be coming back in the near future. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They even lit the candles and stored our cake for us.

tl;dr Im not going back. The burgers were alright, but for $10, they dont come with anything else. The onion rings were very oily (you could see pools of oil at the bottom of the tray), same for the deep fried pickles. The chips were pretty tasty (quite a bit of salt), but left me feeling a bit queasy. A friend left saying "give me my calories back". Ill have to find another burger joint...

The burgers here are some of the best Ive had, even compared to Umami. Quality beef and gourmet fixings you can taste. Favorite is the smokey but its a lot of burger so sometimes I go with something else. Ive been coming about once a week and the service is always friendly and environment comfortable. Yes, its not your typical fast food burger but thats not what I come for.

Ate here for the first time and I got the Kali burger. It tasted better than what I was expecting but the burger was also much smaller than what I expected. For the price its not too bad since its considered a gourmet burger. The traditional fries were alright. They could be better and I think they are a bit overpriced. I would just go for the burger. Not so much the sides.

"Describe your experience" asks Google. One word describes it : bliss. Ample seating, never too busy when Ive gone during lunch on work days. They serve beer. The quality of the burgers is top notch. I can see why its in the top ten OC burger places. If youre in the area you should definitely try these burgers. Plenty of free parking near by in structures.

My veggie burger was very good, the grilled beets and portabella mushrooms were very yummy. My cohort however could not have gluten, and the staff did not know whether or not there was gluten in some of the stuff. Overall, it feels like an East Coast burger place. This is I think what theyre trying to go for it, so if thats what youre looking for, I recommend it.

Better than your average $9+ a-la-cart gourmet burger. Decent meat patty taste, decent bun. Bun is a tad too sweet for my taste. $5 sides are expensive. They claim the sides are big but it is just normal sized. In fact, the burger itself tend to be smallish to my standard. Its a decent combo, but the price will prevent me from going back.

Really good burgers and their tempura style onion rings are awesome, albeit a little greasy. Fries ok, probably wouldnt get them again. Boyfriend had the smokey burger and he loved it. I had a bite and it was tasty. I had the burger bowl and was surprised at how good it was. Definitely would return, especially for onion rings.
