I have eaten at Red Robin for years, most recently and frequently is the La Habra location as is the most convenient location for us. We eat there often enough that the server remembers us, and since we order very much like Meg Ryan in "Harry Met Sally" the fact that she still serves us says something. Prices can be high, this is what Carls Jr is talking about with their $6 burger or whatever. I dont know what people in the other reviews are talking about. If you order a plain ordinary burger that is what you will get, based on the comments, RR should just get rid of the regular burger. If fact, any fool that is willing to pay $8 or whatever for a generic burger probably has the servers and cooks ROTFLTAO. As far as Burgers go, there are some pretty amazing selections, Banzai, Whiskey River, Chophouse, and others. OMG there are some great burgers. Personally, unless it comes on a "special" bun as it was designed, we always order it on a wheat bun, not only healthier but tastier as well. Usually we find the fries to be underdone, so we always order them crispy, which also means fresh from the fryer. There is enough food that we usually share, especially with bottomless steak fries.

I have been to Red Robbin 3 times in the past 60 days. Our experience there is blah. Nothing special. Asking for "bottomless fries" is MUST as soon as your food is served, as you might be all down and waiting for the check when (IF) they ever do arrive. Then when they arrive, there are not many, so don;t get your hopes up. Bottomless is an over sell as you will likely never get as many as you shouldnt have. May be the school lunch government overseer in on their corporate board. Our last visit we had Andrew. Andrew laid down a stack of napkins before I could ask for "extra napkins" another MUST DO at Red Robin. I was so impressed that I called him out on it and promised to give ANDREW a hat tip for being attentive to us while seated in his section. Red Robin, for me is OKAY if you are heard to or coming from the Regal 16 theaters there in that shopping center, but as a for example, Id rather go across the street to Chilis if I had to pick between two corporate restaurants within a stones throw of each other.

Food is pretty good and service is friendly. I dont know why they are branding themselves "burgers and beer" The beer choices are pedestrian. The experience? Nothing really special. They have high tech tabletop touch screens with low end games and check-out services. But...they have strong internal, private, employee only wifi... but, but, but, *no* customer wi-fi, and worse, poor phone data reception. So you are cut off if you come to eat here. I guess we know where customer (guest?) convenience ranks. Its aggravating. The food and service are fine, but there are better nearby choices.

Visited today for lunch. Food was ok. I rated it a 2 because it was the worst service I have ever had. Too many things to list. And, when I complained to the manager, she acted like she didnt care. I have never had great experiences there, but my kids like the bottomless fries so we would go back. My free burger from their loyalty card wont persuade me to go back there any more, and Im letting everyone know it. Changed it to a 1 because after a month, they didnt even contact me to make amends.

Food is OK, but all the screaming kids make it extremely loud. Service is absolutely terrible. Host making people wait when there are cleared tables in abundance is just rude. Sat over 10min never saw waiter, a passing manager did drinks and took order. Host is just a rude little boy. Service is terrible! Why them scheduling only 2 servers is somehow the customers fault is beyond me, but quite unacceptable.

This restaurant has cleanliness issues. The tablet on the table is filthy with fingerprints all over from previous guests. They should wipe these clean after every guest at each table. Server was good and friendly but a bit overwhelmed, not her fault. Bathrooms stunk...hold your breath! Window ledges had food splatter. Fries? They sucked! They dont cook them like they used to. Burger was good!

Its Red Robin, dont let the Gourmet fool you. Lets be honest, if youre looking for a decent burger at a decent price this is your place. Its one of our goto places to take our 2 year old son for a quick meal out, not somewhere Id take my wife on a date. If you want gourmet youll have to step up your game and find a restaurant that doesnt have a cartoon character as their mascot.

Service was very good. We had a party of 19, but they didnt add the auto-tip. I made sure that their good service was rewarded. One thing, though - the name "Red Robin" only appears over their front entrance, which is away from the parking lot. So when people are looking for "Red Robin" but only see "Gourmet Burgers and Brews," it can be confusing.

Ive been here 5 or 6 times and I can never find a single thing to complain about. The food and drinks are delicious. The customer service is fantastic and quick. And I love that we can pay or split the bills ourselves with the little machine at our desk instead of having to deal with the headache of the servers doing it. I wish every place had them!

I wasnt expecting much but the food was good, better than fast food (which spell check turned into fat food... What does that say?) but the service was excellent. We had a slight problem, it happens, but the waiter took care of it and then the manager so by to make sure we were happy. Good job!

This place has kind of re-branded themselves as a "brewery and burger" place, looks a bit more upscale. same menu though, just now with more beer options. they still have all you can eat fries, with their awesome seasoning. the salmon burger is my usual, along with 2 baskets of fries.

Service was good. Husbands burger was good but my Cod and Shrimp was not. Mostly overcooked breading on the cod and the shrimp was very over cooked and tough. Dont waste you money on the Cod and Shrimp. Also the lemonade has a funny after-taste. It will be awhile before we return.

Mi esposo & I come here week nights when it has been too late to cook. The two of us avoid the "family" experience and sit in the bar. With a smile and a little patience while you chat with your significant other, youll love having a burger at your local Red Robin!!

Tavern doubles are a solid deal. Get the fries with the garlic on them, theyre delicious. Service has generally been good here, nothing to complain about. The only thing that may hold some older customers back is paying on that touch screen thingy on the tables.

The burgers are not that flavorful so go with the chicken. Unlimited fries but good luck getting your waiter/waitress to get you those fries. Not their fault though I think they are understaffed because its always takes awhile to get your food

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The server hardly came to check up on us. My daughter was given the wrong food , but after the long wait she ate what they brought cause she was hungry. No apologies or explanations given.
