Came in with my family and got a good sized order. We ordered a cup of chili (which I remember doing because I asked her how much it was and she had to look at the menu to see) to eat with our fries but we were not given it and forgot about it while eating. On the way back home, which is not close, we remembered and called. One of the ladies at the front took my name and said come back whenever you want it. I came back 3 days later and the owner said she had no knowledge of that and I wouldnt get my chili without her talking to the employee who wasnt there. I even had the receipt. 10 bucks of gas Ill never get back.

Sometimes you’re just in the mood for a simple cheese burger. Imperial Burgers is one of those old school burger joint. Simple menu. Cheap price. And friendly service. We both got a cheese burger. Quarter pound beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and thousand island dressing. Simple and good. Chili cheese fries was made with real beef chili and tons of melted cheese. They use the thick crinkle cut fries. It was delicious. We also got a fried zucchini. Maybe because we got it for to-go. By the time we got home, all the zucchini was soggy already. Maybe this is best to be eaten right there.

Ive been going here for years, food is good with some hard working people. Owner and her daughter are very abusive to there employees in front of customers and sometimes customers, for that reason I will not eat or spend money here any longer. I dont care about the price or the food when I see employers abusing the employees on a regular basis, no excuse for their behavior.

I called in an order. I repeated 3 times that I wanted the kids meals cheese burgers plain. When we got home one had everything on it. Is not the first time they do the order wrong. Not worth the time and money to order something and they dont do it right. Plus they cashiers have bad attitudes.

I love this spot. Come here multiple times a week. Everything is good. Blt or steak and eggs in the morning and chilli cheese fries cheese burger chicken strips fries pastramie are all delicious. Everyone working here is cool except the manager. She can be a mean . Everything els is awesome

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid in the 70s where I grew up down the street. The best onion rings ever. The food is always great, & the portions are huge for the price. Though I dont live in the area anymore, I will make the drive from wherever I am.

The burgers are very good but the chili cheese fries are one of the worst Ive ever had. I think the fries are store bought ore ida crinkle cut, the chili is bland as hell and the cheese was nasty. Might go back for a burger but stay away from the fries!

It is a Great Place. The only reason I didnt give it 5 Stars was that the older lady who either owns or works there is very rude to her employees. Their barbecue beef and french dip sandwiches are unbelievable! The rest of the staff is very nice

The owner is a horrible, rude woman, to employees & CUSTOMERS. The employees are awesome, just NOT the owner. In short, she shouldnt be working there. Fortunately their food is good. Combination burrito with hot sauce.....that is all.

Very rude and unprofessional - phone orders are chaos, not trained to handle multiple orders. lost my order twice the same day. the burger joint down the street were very polite and much more professional.

Pretty good. Not my favorite type of burger (tons of lettuce, huge pieces of bread) but the burger patty was definitely tasty. Fries were fresh and not too salty. Ive heard the burritos are good.

I have been coming here for around 20 years as well. my grandfather would take me here as a kid and I loved it, still do . my girlfriend loves the food and she is very picky about what she eats.

A great hole in the wall kind of place. Its such a shame that its so far from where I live. My wife loves their chili cheese fries so much that she doesnt really get them anywhere else.
