Avoid at all cost!!! Not execrating one bit! When we first got here. We were not greeted and dealt with two rude woman upfront. My cousin order first and we were second. Took our order with an issue and rolled eyes/huffed/puffed like she didnt want to do it. Food is ready they SLAM our food down and literally said "Here" our food was really good but the customer service is TERRIBLE. We ordered second and got our food quickly while my cousin waited for a basic burger combo with no tomatoes and guess what the messed her order up. Incompetent workers make a good restaurant crap. Managers should take notice immediately. I rated this spot two stars because the food was good but to the workers upfront nobody cares about your problems, fake smile, be pleasant. People go to restaurants for food but dine in for an experience and today they pretty much went out of the way to make ours horrible.

I used to come here all the time and eat, but just last week I went, ordered and ate, only to find there was a bug in my food. There some kind of bug just sitting there underneath all my fries. At first I thought maybe it was just in the plate bit cooked with the food. After looking at the bug, it was obvious it had be cooked in with the food. The mist disturbing part if the whole thing is that when i we t to confront the employees, none of them seemed surprised. I took their reaction as this kind of thing has happened before and they clearly dont care. I wont be going here anymore and will not recommend it ever.

Worst place to eat ever. First I tried to call my order in. No one answered so when I got there the wait was long. They are very overpriced and the quality of food is very poor. When I finally got my food and got home my order was wrong. I guess thats my fault for trusting that they could actually do there job correctly and, not checking my order before I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. But if you like surprises and disappointments. This is the perfect place.

I went in for chillaquilles. Aweful service no sides offered no condiments no utensils no napkins. Then they take 30 minutes to finally bring out my food. In the end I had to dump in the garbage because, the sauce was too hot to eat. Arrogant, woman no customer service skills whatsoever. First time and last time there. This place is horrible!!!

My girl and I were in the mood for a real burger and fries with a drink. Nothing fancy just a goodol american burger. It was our first time here. We liked it and will definitely come again... We also liked the old school atmosphere, the 1970s toy vending machine and the two arcade games, Galica and the original Street Fighter.

used to love going there but the place has been going downhill for quite awhile now the entire place smells like rotten lard. they need to start cleaning the dining area with clean towels instead of using the same towels they use in the cooking area.

Took some of my Co-Workers to this whole in the wall. The place may not look great on the outside, but the food is a different story. I recommend their burger combo under $5, or their Pastrami Quesadilla enough to feed 2.

Ive loved this place since i was 4 years old. I live in Arizona now but i take my family any time we are in California. The best pastrami you will ever eat get it dipped. The same owner all these years.
