I order the spicy teriyaki chicken [ some kind of fried chicken katsu thing lol] Its actually not spicy (for those who like alot of heat) so i always make sure on the right side they have cups to put stuff in i make sure to scoop alot of the red powder into the cups because when you sprinkle that onto the chicken it definitely brings the heat! I ALWAYS ALWAYS order to go. Theyre always so busy that if youre in a hurry you might have to wait awhile. Definitely give this place a try! Also if you like alot of food just ask them to add on the extra meat. I forgot the price for extra meat but it is worth it! They give alot as it is but with the extra you could share it with someone else ( theres that much food lol) The staff are honestly super friendly just keep in mind theyre super busy all the time so theyre never rude just BUSY (keep in mind for those who think theyre rude) I personally dont like the fries here because the time i got fries i think they cooked it in a fryer were there was a seafood item because i could taste it (but thats what happens when you go for asian food and get fries lol) but besides that everything here is amazing

We were going about twice a month until our last 2 visits. In each of those take out visits an item was omitted from our order. The first time it happened I didnt realize it until we were home. So the next time we went in, I asked the cashier if there was anything they could do to make up the Cali roll we paid for & never got. She didnt even look for a manger & just asked for my receipt. As if I was lying about it. Does anyone ever keep a fast food receipt around? So, we get our order & as Im walking out I realize there is something missing...again. Ironically, the one who took my order was the one who brought the missing item so I asked if this was proof enough that they can omit items like what happened to us last time. I guess she still thought I was lying about the last visit because she just gave me a blank stare. We really like the food, but two times in a row getting shorted & no help from staff there. We arent likely to be back anytime soon. We used to make special trips across town just to eat there too.

Went there the other day with my girlfriend. It was okay. For the price the portion was good, but the quality isnt there. Food tasted kind of bland and could had been easily made at home. I expected better. Portion size of the sushi roll was too small. It was basically half a roll of a full size roll. I might go back, but this place will be a once in a while place for me. Also, for those of you that will be going, if you order to go and decide to eat there just know that your order will come later. Customers that ordered after us that were dining in got their food before we did. We were told that take-out takes a bit longer to make. Makes no sense when 3 other customer after us got there items before us when we only ordered 3 items. We didnt complain though xD.

This is possibly the best spicy crispy chicken Ive had. Their chicken comes from a place in Asia where they are allowed to roam the eastern hemisphere freely. They are massage by a shiatsu master making the chicken so relaxed they grow into another realm of chickenhood fully transforming into, the chicken breast. They are then sent to be dry aged for decades along the Himalayan mountains causing the pinkness to lie in the salt and after becoming of age theyll return home, fully breaded by the Himalayan man himself, sent through a secret vacuum tube that cooks the chicken with the earths molten core, causing the chicken to erupt out of Teriyaki Dons kitchen. Yea-up, and thats how its made... I believe.

I have been a long time customer. The food is great!!! Everything I have had has been awesome. However, the customer service is awful. The women who work the register are just rude. They make me feel unwelcome and that I am a hassle to deal with. Even when ordering from the phone, the workers are not pleasant. A group of friends came with me one day for lunch here, and we all got our food late. And even one of my friends got her food after the rest of us were FINISHED eating! I had to say something to the workers, but they were not very accommodating. Again, love the food-it is truly great. But the service needs very much improvement.

Really good food but the customer service is minimal to none. The biggest issue is when you go to acquire additional teryaki sauce from the dressing bar they will literally take notice and give you less sauce in you order. In addition they pretty much force you to buy a much bigger container that is definatley overpriced, otherwise the food is good but absolutley not the best option in town. If you want fair priced food that is significantly better and in greater proportions then Petes Teryaki is your place... Look them up, you will not regret it.

Came to eat dinner with my family , I order a chicken Teriayaky sandwich and literally took 45 minutes to get to our table, it was cold and the chicken breast Tasted like rubber , super horrible and my fries never came , after we ate like 30 minutes after ,, the waitress came with some burned, ugly, cold, disgusting fries ! We addressed that we were unhappy and she sarcastically said she did t care , when I told her , that you guys dont want a bad review ! So here I am , I will never come back and I give them 0 stars !

The teriyaki is definitely good, and they have a LOT of meat/protein options including vegetarian. They have a good sized menu overall, including sushi rolls and udon. I cant get over that their California Roll was probably the best Ive ever had...it was really really good so I went back 2 days later for another one, haha. (When no longer pregnant Ill have to try some of their other choices, so many yummy things.) The little dippable veggie station is a great little bonus too...everyone loves crisp fresh carrot sticks. ;)

The food is great, but customer service is okay. Once I made an order by phone and the lady wouldnt give me the total price after I asked. I understand it can get busy, but a customer should be able to know what the total of his/her order came out to. Another time I used a Groupon and the cashier said I couldnt used it on the "special" of the day (which was discounted). If I wanted to use the Groupon, I had to pay the full price for the item.

My buddies and I came here after class from the university and I must say. We ordered the same thing (chicken and steak bowl) the Wednesday special. It was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I am new in Fresno and tried many bowls in my life and this one by FAR is the best from any. Fast pace and great prices. Cant get any better than that.
