Walked in with my wife and daughter and was stared at by customers who were already there, as if we did not belong. As we walked by everyone feeling very awkward we finally were greeted by the waitress who went to the back, then came out and said "sorry were closed" The sign outside says they close at 9:30pm, not only that, the "open" sign was still on and the cooks were still cooking in the back. I asked the waitress "but why does it say 9:30pm is closing time?" She responded as if she were making up a lie to not hurt our feelings "sorry, he, the manager said, hes changing the closing time again" Mind you, we walked in at 9:10pm. Im still sitting outside and everything is lit up and people are still eating and its 9:26pm. Was I just refused service because of my ethnicity? This would have been my first time trying this place, but because of this experience I am never coming back. Thanks "Ramen" for reminding me that the color of my skin or my ethnic background does play a role in receiving quality service. If thats not the case, then Thanks for the horrible hospitality and bad attitude!

Considering this is Fresno, this isnt a bad place to get ramen. The broth is decent. However they do overboil the egg. Its overcooked hardboil to where its grayish at the edges of the yolk. However, this might be a culture thing as many Americans are not a fan of runny yolks. The Tonkatsu Ramen is decent, however I feel like it could be amazing if they had a proper softboiled egg and a richer deeper flavored broth. Not bad for Fresno though.

I only had ramen here so I can only comment on it. The broth was ok, nothing to rave about, noodles were firm and had a nice texture, ramen didnt come with an egg so I had to get an "extra" and I was disappointed that it wasnt marinated, it was broiled egg breaded in panko so it was a bit messy inside the bowl. I might try the sushi next time.

Outstanding flavour and options. The service is friendly and responsive. My partner and I absolutely love eating here; every ramen is complex and flavourful, and the appetizers are delicious. If you are in the mood for an outstanding meal on an affordable budget then this is the place for you.

I loved this places that only sold ramen. The setting is as comfortable as watching tv in ur living room and eating dinner. Our lady server was really nice as well. I would not recommend going in with a party. Its a setting for 4ppl at a time. Its super small in there.

Had the tonkatsu ramen. Good broth, noodles were thick and had a good chew to them. I would have preferred a soft boiled egg and chasu that was a little more tender. Great service from the wait staff. I would definitely come back again.

Pretty good place for Ramen noodles. It is a little small and can be really crowded at times, but the food is good. It isnt really kid friendly either.
