I live in fort bragg, and can remember when this starbucks first opened. Years ago, this starbucks was half-way decent, but it has taken a turn for the worse. Every single time i have been there in the past year or so I have been dissatisfied in one area of service or another. If you go there, prepare for a very long and slow moving lines especially at the drive through, damaged cups, inconsistent drinks, and unfriendly and/or incompetent baristas. You may not experience all of these things at once , but a good change of finding a couple. I personally know a few of the employees, and they the problems could be caused by being constantly understaffed.

Every time I go there I order a latte with no foam and filled all the way to the top. I NEVER get a latte with no foam and it is certainly NEVER filled to the top. This is never an issue when I go to Starbucks in other areas. I have never had another Starbucks not do my coffee properly. Very frustrating. Today was my last trip to Starbucks in Fort Bragg. I really dont need the constant frustration so I will go to the cookie company where they always make my coffee as I request it.

A heavily crowded and mis managed experience proabably due to our visit colliding with a long-weekend but the overall sertup was also flimsy. The furniture were oddly placed in the center where theres an ordering counter. The restroom was super messy like the ones you get to see in a dingy dungeon clubs. But the reason for 1 star is not any of the above, its the fact that they mess around with the cup size Tall and Grande. We payed for a Grande but got Tall.

Can you stop forgetting my damn chocolate sprinkles on my peppermint hot chocolate? .CAFFEINE IS NOT GOOD FOR PMS....I like how they are knowledgeable about making good coffee. Suggested milk with mocha syrup instead of water and it tastes better! No adding sugar or cream in this cup. But unfortunately I stopped at the sugar and cream bar and noticed the prop 65 warning sign. The machines have acrylimide which causes cancer and I stopped drinking Starbucks

This store is the slowest store Ive been to. Even when no ones else is in line! Drive thru is even worse. It like they are waiting on the inside first with drive thru as an afterthought. When they refused to throwaway my SB cup from the morning, I went inside to talk to the mgr. OMG. There wasnt one person in the store (in line) Mgr told me yes, they no longer CAN accept "garbage" at the drive thru. Because of what people put in the cups. (Urine?!?!)

Appeared to be a nice, roomy, new Starbucks. But it was being run by slow, disinterested associates. Simple drink (grande Mocha) tasted like crap and took forever to be made in an empty place. The woman also forgot about my Lemon Loaf within seconds of ordering it. Bathrooms were dirty, with a missing mirror, no toilet paper and the seat cover holder hanging off the wall. Add in the grimy sofas and the 6 distracted associates and I wont be back soon.

Unfortunately heavily touristed w drive thru so service was slammed when I arrived....I was in line 39 min just to order....another 20 min for in most coffee place is called a double cappuccino here dubbed a machiatto....go figure...it sounded like one of their syrup drinks....yuck Im a Peet`s gal so this was flavorless and less than satisfying...alas no Peets shows on map anywhere on the No. Coast alas.

very very mad went in this morning to get a coffee and this old lady messes up my order when I wanted a pumpkin spice frapp I come to the window and I get a latte and than again she comes with a latte TWICE she messes up thanks starbucks you guy suck at hiring people and yet my for the third try I finally get my frapp that taste like bunch of sugar instead of the pumpkin spice never coming back

Pretty good coffee. The breakfast wraps were both burnt on the outside and frozen on the inside. The 50 year old black haired woman was very rude when I asked where the other half of my order was... Snarky comments are not appropriate. Usually Starbucks are great but this one is mediocre.

Always loving my home Starbuck! :D Only messed up my order a few times and I go almost dailu, Love everyone there! Very friendly, wifi works great, bathrooms are always clean, and a very cozy place to sit and chit chat :) No one is perfect but Id say our Fort Bragg Starbucks is close to!

The staff were fairly responsive, considering how busy they are. Even more so because it is holiday season. Free wifi, nobody bothered me and I could charge up my phone and map out a few places before I left.

Bad coffee, terrible prices. Corporate owned, chain store, same as all the rest. Id rather go to one of the many independant coffee shops. Locally owned espresso shops have better coffee consistently.

Interesting regulars always promise an unique experience. Staff are very nice but most of the outlets are in need of repair and higher amperage if youre looking to charge your phone.

Great coffee but the service seems slow. Visited 3 times in a week and the lass time was the slowest, took 20 minutes to get my specialty coffee after ordering.
