Excellent; I grew up in SF and have been to many Chinese restaurants in SF and Oakland Chinatowns. Now everyones taste and expectation is their own so this ones mine... I love this place! Sometimes part of a high rating is treatment and service; EG rates very high with me because of their treatment of myself and my family...so their rating is way up there. My nephew from Half Moon Bay says their Sesame Beef (my personal fav) is the best Chinese restaurant beef dish hes ever had. I dont expect my 5 star rating to be at par with others. But my family thinks highly of this place when they leave the BayArea Chinese fare and visit their uncles and Gramma in Folsom. btw...the owners are truly personable and treat my mother like their own. That gets 5 extra stars for a 10! And I do understand those of you who dont think so highly. Its a personal and individual thing.

I never had more bland chinese food in my life! The Kung Pao Chicken was really watered down and the broccoli beef was so chewy and extremely unappetizing. The service is just as bad, I ordered take out from my hotel room and they didnt even leave a fork, chopsticks or napkins. I had to go to the Hotel kitchen to get this. The price is outrageous considering the terrible service and food! Also, they didnt even have rice! I took a few bites, and dumped the rest in the trash...!The worst chinese food on earth! What a rip off!!!

This is our favorite Chinese Food Restaurant. Its the food. Always fresh. The vegetables are crisp tender and the sauces in enhance the natural flavors. Nothing is mushy or feels like its been under a heat lamp since the start of lunch service and now its dinner. The place is super clean, bathrooms too and the staff is fast efficient and friendly. They remember you. Dont be afraid to try this place youll enjoy it.

With 9 dollar dinner specials, its really hard to beat their prices for good Chonese food. Everything we had tasted great (Sweet and Sour Chicken and Broccoli Beef in particular) and their chow mein is made with large, yummy noodles. We got everything to go, including an order of won tons, and it was ready in a quick fashion. Great service, great food and great prices!

My family loves this place. We moved away from the area but still get together and eat there when we can. Even after a divorce, my ex and I would still go to eat once in a while, and the owner/server always remembers us and what we order. Even if it has been a year or two since a visit! Food is fresh and plenty.

So far my favorite Chinese place in Folsom. You see older reviews stating how bland it is, it is definitely not that. The Kung pao chicken wasnt as potent as I like, but that and everything else was very tasty. And they are not shy with the meat, plenty in every dish I ordered. Very much recommend.

Emporers Garden Chinese restaurant has been a favorite Chinese restaurant of mine for the last 14 years Ive lived in Folsom. This Chinese restaurant has a very welcoming staff and family friendly atmosphere. You get so much food youre feel like you will have spent your money VERY well.

OMG - Fabulous! We use to drive from Rancho Cordova to Placerville for good Chinese food till our place closed. Read the reviews for this place online and decided to try it out. The food was fabulous, not expensive and service was great. Highly recommend this place!

This one of my fav Chinese restaurants in the the greater Sacramento area. I usually get the Generals chicken, chicken fried rice and/or chow mein. The staff are always really nice. They offer a take out discount. If I recall its 10% but dont quote me on that.

Awesome service and friendliest staff ever! Great food and reasonable prices and great portions. Favorites are the fried prawns, sizzling rice soup and Hong Kong Style Chow Mein. Definitely my go to Chinese FOOD place whenever Im in Folsom!

Always consistent. Food is great, service is great. Surprised to see the bad reviews, because they have always been good for us. They get busy sometimes, so service shows a little, but thats more than acceptable for the food and prices.

We order and service was fast and food hot. Portions of meat great but thats where it stops. Chow main tasted rancid. In fact all sauces were flavored poorly. 3 people ate no one felt that they would ever want to order food here, again .
