As usual, the best fast food joint in the USA. Once the food is ordered, its ready within 5 minutes and always cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and they are always walking around wiping down the tables and keeping the place super clean. The indoor playset is my sons favorite and I like it too since I dont feel all dirty when I sit down inside the play area and watch him run around. In regards to the food, I order grilled every time to cut down on some of the grease and fats. Waffle potatoe fries are delicious but since Im trying to eat less and healthier I would like to see a better option than just fries, not sure if there is a substitute, Ill have to ask next time. Usually, I just nix the combo which saves money and lots of calories.

Pros: their services to serve us really well and order these foods are delivered to you pretty quickly. Food itself is somewhat healthier than most of any else fast food restaurants. Cons: a lot of people in the line to ordered foods. And the restaurant outside of parking designed are worse and it isnt safe to commute from entering and out. So, this Chick-fil-Ã restaurant certainly needs to expand their business over the east bay area. It only place I ought to know this is in walnut creek.

Great chicken-- I especially enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich, and the nuggets. You also cant go wrong with their waffle fries. Be sure to ask for Chick-Fil-A sauce to dip your fries in, and honey BBQ for your sandwich. Also, if you get a long receipt, be sure to fill out the survey for a free chicken sandwich. Parking is a nightmare here during lunch and dinner times. If you have the chance, park on the streets. The wait here can be long, but they churn out food pretty quickly.

Chick-fil-A has the worst drive-thru designs and decides to open up shop in the worst, most inconvenient locations! This location shares a parking lot with a gym (but do not park in the gym designated spaces) and the drive-thru wraps around the parking lot of the restaurant, making it hard for people to get in and out of their parking spots. The line can run upwards of 15 minutes wait time, so its best to visit during off-peak hours.

I eat out just about every night. I have my favorite meal from each restaurant and there is lot of them in Walnut Creek. I get their Cobb Salad to go and it is one of my very favorite meals and it is in fact a whole meal. I get it to go so I can take it home and put in the largest container I have and toss it with dressing etc. that comes with it. Try it youll like it. Almost forgot the help are always super nice neat and clean.

I work down the street and sometimes dont have much time to deal with lunch. I finally decided to stop here and check it out after looking at the menu online. I try to eat healthy and was impressed to see multiple salad options. I chose the cob salad and substituted the breaded chicken for grilled. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I will definitely put Chick-fil-A on my lunch list!

Pretty good alternative to McDonalds oatmeal breakfast. It cost twice as much, but your portion is twice as big with a lot of fruits. Oatmeal recipe was pretty tasty. Its way cleaner and nicer than other fast food joints. Parking is not very convenient due to 24 hour gym nearby, but therere marked spots for Chick-fil-A customers and I never had any problem with parking.

My first time eating at a Chick-Fil-A, and I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The chicken sandwich was lovely and the honey BBQ sauce was the best Ive ever tasted! The servers were top class, and brought a great vibe to the place which was busy for 9.30 on a weeknight. I guess there some truth to the best is where the locals go

That Ricky guy is a complete liar! I went with him seeing as how Im his roommate and we were actually five minutes late for breakfast. The funny part is hes sitting two feet from me right now, at this exact chic fil a and Im watching him gorge his face off to his third sandwich saying "this is incredible!" Anyways, as they say "eat more chicken!"

The food is delicious but even more enjoyable are all the welcoming and gracious hosts/employees. With young kids going out is crazy but they always help to get a high chair, eating mat and regularly check up on us to make sure our needs and wants are met. Truly a gem in walnut creek. Drive thru is quick even with long lines.

This chain is one of my most favorite places. This location in particular tends to have very long lines in the peak ours of day and the drive thru was not designed as well as other locations in have visited. Parking is horrendous during these busy times and I would suggest using their app if you are going to get carryout.

Extremely fast and friendly service (eating sit down inside) (Service: 5/5). Its fast food chicken sandwiches so you can decide whether thats good or bad (Food: 3-5/5). Jammed pack on a weekend with tons of people in the drive thru clogging up the parking lot and honking at each other...choose your timing wisely.

I like the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries here. The drive thru is convenient and moves quickly. The menu is short so its easy to make a decision fast. One star off because the sandwich bread can be improved. Its basically a hamburger buns that squishes once you pick up your sandwich.

The service here is always friendly. They have a nice variety of breakfast items including my favorite Chick-n-Minis. You cant go wrong with any their lunch sandwiches or chicken strips. If youve never been there before, know that their fries at waffle cut. They do have a drive through also.

OMG I love this place. My wife worked at a few in Florida for years. She still loves them. We only wish California had more of them. Get off your liberal BS high horse and give us great food already. Seriously though this place is always packed but still fast and always gets your order right.

Say what you will about their political views, but the food is great. Their waffle fries are probably the best fries Ive ever had from a fast food restaurant, and theyre even better with Chick-fil-A sauce. Their chicken is always moist and delicious. Its unfortunate theyre closed on Sundays.

Been having chickfila for over 10 years. There was one in a mall when i was growing up and it was closed on sundays, so it was unfortunate to have to go get food elsewhere when it was sunday. Nuggets are the best, chicken salad sandwich and the WAFFLE FRIES. Make sure to get the waffle fries

#1 with cheese and extra pickles...omg soooooo good. Breakfast has to be the sunflower seed bagel chicken egg and cheese combo. The absolute best...waiting for Chik-Fil-A to join the 20th century and be open on Sundays, but well worth the trip if youre not local to Walnut Creek.

Difficult driving entrance but this is a very popular place for good reason. (It can be crowded). Well trained, friendly staff bring food to your table. The quality of the food is outstanding, and they cater. I believe that this is the best fast food restaurant chain Ive ever seen.
