I was standing in line tonight due to them not giving us our entire order. The manager was dealing with the customer complaining in front of me, not even being helpful to the guy and then after telling the guy he was unjustified in his complaint, the. manager left with me standing in clear sight, holding up a receipt. Im a big guy; theres no way he didnt see me. After I stood there patiently for 5 minutes while being completely ignored by the staff, my food getting cold. I simply said, "Excuse me. We didnt get our entire meal,". The nearest woman flashed me the dirtiest look and then went back to her work, completely ignoring me. I was stunned. It may just be fast food, but Ive worked in fast food, cafés, and restaurants; you NEVER treat a customer like theyre inconvieniencing you! You quickly, kindly ask them what they need and get them friggin satisfied and out of your face!!! What the hell is this treat-the-customer-like-theyre-a-criminal bull%&#$? I will never eat there again, AND IM A LOCAL!!!

The drive through service is consistently terrible and rude. They also refuse to upgrade their system so they owners will not take gift cards. Instead you must fill out a form mail it in pay the postage which they deduct from your gift card to get your money back from the corporate office. Sadly taco Bell is just getting worse and worse with the service on the decline as well as the value. Warning: Do not buy taco Bell gift cards as gifts from any source because no northern California taco Bell from eureka to crescent city to Redding will take them.

I get it. Its 1:30am and your stoned self decides its time to get Haute Cuisine about which drive through you want roll your Camry through. So youve looked up reviews on Taco Bell. Do it. Nothing tastes so sweet as the melty cheese and dubious meat as you crush it in your slavering maw, your burrito-hooks wrapped around the warm, soft tortilla as you devour your TexMex prey. We would, however, prefer it if you pulled away from the window before eating it. Youre holding up the line.

Absolutely the worst fast food service in Humboldt County. Orders are consistently messed up and incorrect. Several years back the night crew was running a scam. They were charging up or down in whole dollars, while pocketing the cash and failing to issue a receipt. Service is extremely slow in addition to being more expensive than Taco Bells in other areas .

Tacobell is Tacobell. Nothing to write home about, however the attendant we got was memorable. If you want a 101 on how to do customer service you go to this tacobell, and (I think his name was Josh) you get josh. Prepare for your day to be made. Even if its 11pm Josh will make your day.

They really need to consider reconstructing their driveway entrance as it is very unsafe for anyone entering or exiting this location. They also need to keep better cleaning and sanitizing habits, rules, etc add it is not very clean in the dining area nor the restrooms at all....

Wish it was a better experience. Dirty inside too many cars for too long in drive thru. To say they lack customer service would be such a understatement it is a waste of time to try and explain. I feel sorry for the staff that they are so untrained in the art of food done fast.

...you litterally have a lock that requires a staff member physically escorting male customers who need to use the restroom along with a sign detailing how restrooms are only for customers posted on the Mens room, both of which are missing from the Womens room door...

Cheap! I buy two of the dollar menu items and Im full :) My go-to are the potato taco and crunch burrito. I substitute beans in instead of meat. The menu writing is way too small! Its so hard to read--please make the font larger.

The staff is awesome, the drive thru is quick, only problem is the speaker in the drive thru might be going out so they dont hear you in the drive thru very well (so speak loudly and pronunciate each word)
