At the beginning, the waiter asked if we wanted tea. I told her no, but will order some later. She said okay and took our tea cups away (IDK why since I was ordering it later). As the rest of the group came, I decided to order tea and she gave us attitude saying "why are you ordering tea now, when you said you didnt want any earlier?" Im sorry that I decided to change my mind, I wasnt aware that I couldnt. Later she had the audacity to count the amount of tea cups used and said "1, 2, 3. Look at all the cups, 3 people drank and you said no one wanted tea. If no one wanted tea then why are so many cups used?" ...I just thought why does it matter who drank since you pay per pot, not per person? As I got my check, she (old female with the boyish haircut) DEMANDED her tip right away and told me how much I should pay her. I gave her 15 bucks in the end, but should have given her less for the hassle and being unprofessional. I ate here every week (not because I liked it, but to spend time with my parents), but will no longer come due to the rude service. At least thatll save me 100 bucks every week. Anyways, food ranges from being mediocre to okay. Nothing will WOW you in flavor department, but at least itll fill you up with enough money spent.

Worst customer service ever. Went in with a group of 15, had two tables and while our other table was acknowledged, we were treated like we werent even there. People who came in after us got their food first. Our other table got the complementary dessert while the waiter passed our table and gave it to the next table with only six people. I refuse to go back. Horrible horrible horrible. A part of me is GLAD that happened cause now I know to never ever host any parties, baby showers and weddings there. Never ever come here because their service is horrible. And sad thing was we were nice and we still paid the 15% gratitude. Want advice? Never come here. Not worth it.

Very poor service. Came to the restaurant around 4p on a Sunday. Waited 10 mins to be seated when only one other table was being served. When we asked for forks, the server placed the fork on the table where she had spilled the soup. I asked for water for everyone and she only brought 5 cups of water when we had a party of 13. When I asked for a few more cups of water, she deliberately spilled water on the plate I was eating on. Throughout this whole time my family and I kept saying please and thank you. The server had no reason to be rude. Food was good but really bad customer service.

On weekend nights people fight in the parking lot and scream with profanity while smashing beer bottles in the parking lot and throwing them in the back yards of residents who live behind the shopping center. Despite being asked by the Sacramento County Sheriff to hire security, they have no one controlling their loud, rude, and drunken crowd that gathers outside the establishment on the weekends. Places like this with irresponsible owners are not worthy of anyones patronage!

This is the best place to get dim sum in Sacramento. They have a wide selection of items not seen in other dim sum places, but unfortunately I dont know what any of them are called. The ingredients seem to be fresher and the plates better made than many of the places around. Par for the dim sum scene, dont expect great service - feel free to wave or call out to get the food cart over to you, and go up to the counter if you want to pay your bill.

worst customer service ever. I stood there for 20 minutes, asked 4 people for help to be seated and got nothing....I watched as 3 other groups came in and were welcomed to the restaurant and seated when I was never even acknowledged...I swear I felt invisible....all these families were Asian and we are not so apparently white/Hispanic customers dont matter....I walked out!! Ive never been treated so horribly in all my life at a restaurant.

Service sucks!!!! Try going on a week day and you will find a podium without a hostess. Because shes preoccupied with other things, she doesnt know who got there first. Then you have punks who just walk in and seats themselves! They know nothing about customer service and could care less because its so darn crowded, they know the money will keep coming in. I had to waive my check only to get tea!!! See how they flock for the money?

If you arent Chinese, dont order the special appetizers. Had my wifes 60th Bday there and accomodations were ok- made reservations ahead of time, but not a place for conversations or speeches since it is one large and noisey room. The food was good since we preordered off their banquet menu, but it was rather mediocre. Wished we did their dim sum instead. Will return to try them out on a smaller scale.

Ive never had such friendly service at a dim sum place. My family, including my very finicky wife, enjoyed the food and the service. The ladies were joking with us and helpful in finding dishes for us that werent on the carts. Very large selection of items. $100 with tip for 6 adults and 2 kids. Bottom line: Will we go back? Surely.

Had an early family dinner of 8 people 3-ish pm, the special entrees pictured on the wall were major letdowns, heavily salted and not very tasty. 1st visit to this place what seems to be a nice place with tasty food but turned out to be a mistake not going to King Palace up the street which has better cooking and dim-sum too.

The foods are goods. Only problem is that most of the servers barely speaks English. Very hard to communicate. Especially ordering from the menu. You have to use your finger to pin point what you wanted to order. Most of the time we came and order with our fingers and all we can say is yeah, yeah, yeah, and thank you...
