Can I give zero stars? Our favorite breakfast place closed, unfortunately, and we were looking for a new local place. The first time we went we both ordered hasbrowns crispy and they came out nearly raw and dripping with oil. When I asked for them crispy, the waitress was incredibly rude and told me it was hard to get them crispy, and WOULD NOT take them back or make it right. She walked away from the table and wouldnt even make eye contact, refill our coffee or water. The eggs were cold, the toast stale and disgusting. I couldnt even eat more than one very telling bite of eggs and toast. I chalked it up to a bad day for them. Two weeks later we tried again with friends. (We were very hopeful wed found a new regular spot... nope.) The service was even worse and the food was again, disgusting. Check yelp, there are about 60 negative reviews similar to the experience I had. We have found our regular spot, Berts Diner next door. The service is awesome, the portions are plentiful, and the staff are extremely courteous.

OMG...... if I could I would give it one star I was told the please was awesome but on the contrary , I was there for 45 mins n saw the cook touch his hair few times while we were watching complain about how busy they were. I saw people sending there food back cause it was cold etc. then the waitress were touching peoples food that was so gross.... We left didnt want to eat there ever n told the waitress to cancel our order she was so rude about it never ones apologies for the wait

Excellent Food & Service. Need Mapquest to locate if youre not familiar with the Wilton area. Have Live Music on Friday & Saturday Evenings outside on the Patio. Have a Bar Area with TVs. We have been holding our community meetings here in their large meeting area and been blown away by the quality of the barbecue, and little secrets like the homemade pies. The owners and service are great, you have to have the brisket, and the ribs, and the sour cream raisin pie, and the.. well come back a few times.

Wait staff was friendly, but the cheese on our sandwiches was disgusting processed gunk. Ruined the sandwiches, and when we let the owner know, he said "OK" as he walked away. Never offered to remake them without the cheese, didnt comp our drinks or anything, not even a "sorry". Waste of money. Wont be back.

Kind of a cross between a cafe and a diner, this place opened in what used to be a smaller BBQ cafe. It seems to be popular with the locals and serves traditional breakfast diner food in the mornings. I have been once for breakfast and once for dinner and have no complaints. Service was good, as was the food.

Good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast plates are generous in serving size, and wonderful for burgers or a snack on the afternoon. Dinner features include awesome bbq meats that are smoked like nothing else! Try to get the spicy bbq sauce to really kick your dinner up a notch!

I was happy to get another place to eat in Sheldon. Like that you can get a cheep breakfast $3.99. I tried the chicken fried steak and loved that i had a option to get a smaller steak. The staff was friendly and the place was clean

Very homey and nice staff. We were there for a fund raising spagetti dinner and the sauce was fabulous. It is really known for their BBQ meats which smelled so good. I would love to go back there with a friend to order off the menu.
