Great location, as a frequenter and ex-partner of Starbucks, Id have to say I was blown away by the service. Today, they were hosting open interviews for another store opening in Elk Grove, and I showed up to take part. Even with the crowd of people waiting for their interview, they still managed to exude great service (+1) and produced a quality product (+1) in a timely manner (+1). Giving em an easy (+1) for bringing it back to the early 2000s with some jonas bros. and hannah montana. Oh, and can I say; (+1) for $2.00 triple shots with breve and whip?!? Theyve earned the 5*s I gave them, would definitely return

Wow, just wow! First time there (because the line was small) since hearing about nothing but great reviews and customer service. Went in line in drive through and they were super friendly and helpful! We didnt know what to get and they helped us pick the drinks and they were great! We didnt even expect them to give us two free drinks for going there the first time! We tipped them for just wowing us... and yes, that could of paid for the drinks, but either way, they made us a customer for life! Goodbye Starbucks!

I love this place. A bunch of us order drinks from here quite often. They are always friendly and patient and understanding with our long,complicated orders. They work really hard to try to remember all of our names. I like that they always have music playing. It seems to keep the employees in a good mood. I think the employees get treated well there because their attitudes are so great. Weve been coming to this location for a while and we will continue.

I love Dutch Bros, this is the only location Ive visited aside from a mobile cart at a Fresno State event. Anyways. Best coffee and overall variety of drinks. My daughter and I love coming to Dutch whenever we can. We almost always walk up and get fast service and they never hesitate to suggest drinks when you ask them. I havent had Starbucks in over a year because Im too loyal to the Dutch Mafia.

LOVE their coffee. But, their service/staff is exceptional! Young, hip, friendly, energetic (caffeine, perhaps?lol), and courteous staff will make sure youre happy with your order, or remake it. Theres ALWAYS a line, but it moves quickly & its worth the wait. Definitely recommend to anyone well thinks Starbucks is good, bcuz youll realize Ditch Bros is superior!

This Dutch Brothers Coffee is also close to the freeway on-ramps and off-ramps, but seems to always be very very busy with long lines. They move the people right along but it is still inconvenient at times because of the numbers of people that go there. They are fairly friendly and the drinks are good, but it is not my favorite Dutch Brothers.

Passed through here at 3 am during a 12 hour overnight drive. The staff was very friendly and upbeat, not the sluggish attitude youd expect from 3 am workers. I wasnt sure what to order so I told him make me something good, my drink was delicious. I would definitely stop back here if Im ever passing through again.

LOVE this place!! Every person Ive talked to who works here is super helpful, creative with drinks, is fun and upbeat, and they have messed up am order. The prices are worth the wait (I recommend walking up but the drive thru moves pretty quickly), the drinks are delicious and they get you in and out quickly.

Coffee quality is inconsistent and the long, uncontrolled line for drive through is ridiculous but the redeeming quality for dutch brothers is their customer service. The young, attractive crew they hire seem to have perpetual pep and want to treat you like a first rate "bro". Its endearing and fun.

Always the best! Im a Dutch Mom, and I prefer Dutch Brothers, with a smooth, enjoyable flavor. The "other guys" must be for people with weak taste buds, bcuz its horrible. The crew is always hard-working and having a great time. Just how "work" should be!! Every location Ive been to is amazing.

Dutch Bros have what I would describe as the smoothest coffee possible. Regardless of how many extra shots you get, its never bitter, just more flavorful. And theres something about their cocoa powder in their chocolate drinks...its really, really smooth.

Just found out this place was down here I love the coffee and love that theres a walk-up window and a place to sit down and enjoy the television I love the fact that the prices are much cheaper than at Starbucks and the coffee is a hell of a lot better

Great selection of drinks, plus you can make your own. Good prices and serving sizes. The staff is super friendly and they take the time to talk to my kids. I love that they give young adults and teenagers employment opportunities. Not everyone does.

I cannot say enough about this DB location. I love the coffee, but the customer service tops it off!! Love the staff here, they always have a smile for you and positive attitude. I recommend the unicorn or pink flamingo rebel or kicker for coffee.

Love Dutch Bros, but this one misses the mark frequently. Ive ordered drinks, and they have forgotten the syrup. Yep. Drink was ice, almond milk and coffee. Had to dump it. Wish it was consistent like the other Sacramento locations.

The reason why I have it a 3 starts cuz theres no indoor, where you can chill, like Starbucks and Peets....wish their parking lot were big and have lights on, overall the staffs are amazing and their customers service is off the hook :-)

Classic Dutch Bros. Gotta love it. Friendly staff, great drinks, great prices. Always busy (and I mean always, Ive had to wait in line at 3AM) but they work hard and bust out the line quick, 24/7. Love it love it love it.

Heard about the hype of Dutch Bros and wanted to give it a try. A must visit if your local area doesnt have one. Very friendly staff. Quick and clean service here also. The line could get long but moves fairly quickly.
