terriabbbllleeee host and manager, left my debit card in the check when I left, I called and ask if they had it an hour later, the waitress didnt return it. I came back the second day concerned about my card, and expressed my concerns to the manager( because i didnt know the waitress or situation, but if you found a debit card would you want to try to give it to the host, and give it back immediately) the manager looked at me like an idiot and just said okay, Im sorry?... not only that but the host that i was talking to over the phone was being rude and said i was making a big deal, and the waitress was just busy, but she also told me to leave and i have my card and should leave, the whole time the manager was right there... I dont understand what I have done wrong, but as a card holder I have the right to be concerned, and the host really should leave some manners, not to mention I havent walk out the door yet I can already hear her talking crap... I have been a costumer of this restaurant for 5+ years with my family. Now not only food is expensive, and not as good as before, but the RUDE service is just tipped over the ice burg, please save your time and money, and go somewhere better.

My wife had a small party there (25 people) for her retirement. She had to pre-order the food for the guests, which was fine. As guests started arriving some drink orders were taken. Then before the drinks and all the guests had even arrived they started bringing out the food. Drink service was VERY slow. They rushed the party through their meal and then were asked to leave so they could have the table for other people. Several people had already left so they were down to only using one table. In fact, the request was something like "if youre not going to order something else would you mind leaving so we can have the table". Casa Orozco knew this was a special party and I think if I were a restaurant owner I would appreciate someone bringing in 25 people who had pre-ordered meals and then bought drinks too. As far as we are concerned we gave them 2 stars for the food. It is good. As far as their service and attitude-NO STARS.

Service is impersonal, unprofessional, unsanitary, and the food is extremely overpriced for its below standard quality. The plate presentation was less than amateur. The decor is dated and worn. Its obvious that the staff has not been professionally trained and theres no one monitoring the quality of the food or the customer service. The restaurant was almost empty but the bar seemed busy. The "all day happy hour" sign posted at the entrance should have been a clue. I get the feeling most of their focus is at the bar and the restaurant is really just an afterthought. It feels like they gave up on the quality of their food and the dining experience a long time ago. Have eaten here twice about a year apart and the experience got worse the second time. Its obvious that the ownership is more interested in taking your money and pushing you out the door than producing a quality product. Just a terrible experience all around. Really a shame.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant to eat at! My husband always gets the Chili Verde in "something". I absolutely crave the Aroz con Polo. When we have out of town guests, this is the first place we go. 4+ kinds of margaritas. My kids love their nachos. I, also, enjoy their enchiladas. They are always prepared exactly as requested. I like the cheese inside the enchilada, not just the meat. They do it. We get takeout about every 2 weeks. This Dublin location is a few blocks from the Mortuary I own. Very easy to get to! Try Casa Orozco! You wont be disappointed

This restaurant recently RAISED its prices. Just like Chrichelle said, a 2 item combo was $17.50 and a 3 item combo was $20.50!! Are you kidding me? Plus my teen daughter got the small nachos which we paid $17. The regular size at Mexxis or even On the Border is twice as big and for less money. What is going on? Plus, their salsa was so hot, it was not enjoyable. I wont go into how they made the margarita. Overpriced for a cup of ice. Wow!! This just nails it that I will not be visiting them again. Ridiculous!!

Excellent place to lunch-in or dine-out any DAY of the week. I really love this place and have been coming for years. The mood and atmosphere is a family setting but with the full bar they have by the entrance this place becomes great for birthdays, Even I have had the chance to celebrate my twenty first here! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in accommodating to your specific taste buds regarding food and specially drinks. I would give Casa Orozco a full ten stars if I could!

This place is so awesome. Im surprised by the average 3 star rating. We have been going there for over 10 years and we have yet to have a bad meal. One time, my wife ordered something and they brought her the wrong dish but it was totally awesome. I ate it. If you like chimichangas, you have to try theirs. Amazing. It can get very busy so go early if you can. I have not tried the Livermore location but the Dublin one is awesome. I highly recommen

Way over priced. Therefore I ordered the daily special and was treated like a deadbeat. Who cares, taco Tuesday was a hell of a deal and worth the bad attitude from the server for avoiding the regular menu. It was delicious, especially the pork. Be a normal quality restaurant and reduce the portion size. I bet that they throw away (or send home) a Ton of good food. I will come back to see if the service improves, if not I will say ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️.

My coworker and I are in Pleasanton on a business trip and wanted Mexican food we found this place. I cant believe I paid $19.00 for a combination plate. A taco a burrito and rice and beans. Their prices are crazy high. I dont know what I was expecting for $19.00 maybe a happy ending with dinner. The food wasnt even great. Service was sub par. Im sure this is a local hotspot but it didnt impress me.

4pn on a Saturday for 2 shouldnt be a problem. The hostess was going back and forth were to put us, talking with a co worker. It seemed difficult for them to decide ended up at the empty bar for happy hour! Ritas were ok service ok ordered from the happy hour menu! The food was served cold and tasted like cafitria food! Should of refused the food, my stomach was immediatly upset! Food has went

We bring our kids here ~ weekly. The kids meals are surprisingly good. Grown-up meals are great too, and the portions are pretty massive. We generally split meals and still have a lot of leftovers. Service is great, nice atmosphere. Can be a little noisy on margarita night, but still not all that bad. Also we have two little boys so anything that can distract from their shouting is just fine.
