We were welcomed by a friendly & efficient young man. Love, love, love the sweet potato tater tots with the aioli sauce. Almost like a dessert. Very generous serving. I tried the "Not so Basic" Sammy. It was focaccia bread with mozzarella cheese, sliced fresh tomatoes, and basil. It was grilled and served with a delicious side salad. Could hardly talk with my friend. All I could think of was taking another bite of this delicious food. Even though we were both stuffed and took half our lunch home, we just had to try a dessert. We had the bread pudding served with ice cream. It was outstanding!! Even though it was busy, our waiter was very attentive. This was a delicious meal in a very relaxing atmosphere. The Vine is right next to several quaint stores that have a little bit of everything. Highly recommend The Vine. I know Ill be back.....soon!

My husband and I are locals and just tried The Vine for the first time today. I thought it was pricey, but when I received my food and saw the large portions, it made it much more bearable for lunch. We had the fish and chips and the corned beef sandwich. We enjoyed the corned beef and the side salads were delicious. Even the fries. Large portion, crispy. But the talapia battered fish was too greasy. I was the first customer of the day, so maybe the fryer wasnt quite hot enough. Ill go back for sure. The back patio was cool, Id love to hang out with some friends there some evening too.

My wife & I ate lunch here for the 1st time. Service from Nick was great. I spoke with the manager earlier by phone, & was reassured about their vegetarian & vegan options. We split a large warm kale salad & a risotto. That was plenty. I have also had their waffles which are eggless, & a friend had their quiche, which was good. The food was very good as well. We have several more salads, sandwiches, and their pizza to try. The atmosphere is nice - you can sit indoors or in their backyard patio. From inside, you have views of the Fremont hills.

Interesting place, will be going back to try more. Food was good, ambiance was good (Outside). Basil Salad w/ Vegetable Kabob added was excellent. Arugula Salad with chicken added was also excellent. Minor niggle, while waiting in line, hostess asked us (party of 2) whether we wanted inside or patio, we said either was fine. A few minutes later, A couple walked up afterwards and said they wanted to sit outside, they got seated before us. A few people in line with us also noticed this.

Such an adorable place!! The food was amazing, they played current music at a low volume. The waitress was very friendly. I would have ordered the entire menu if I could have, but I will be back to try more things, and the menu changes. Food was very fresh, with organic choices. Next time I come, I will shoot for evening so I can see the fire pit on the patio. This is a must try in my opinion. Go out to the patio!! <--- and try the mom-osa!

Visited on a week night. Restaurant was crowded very busy. We were greeted quickly and warmly. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our servers were very good, our waiter in particular was excellent. He knew the menu; explained various items snd made very good recommendations for both food and accompanying wines. The food was excellent both in taste.

In the soulless suburban horror that is Fremont / Union City, Niles is the sole shining light, and this place is one of its rays. The backyard is wondering, the food is delicious, the beers are local. The service sucks, but not enough to knock anything down, given how well it fills the void in the greater area.

This was a great find! We all enjoyed out lunch/brunch. The battery bacon with maple syrup was really good. The pork chop special, the crab tostada were tasty and fresh. The service was excellent. There a large patio in the back and a few tables inside in the front. I will definitely go back .

Our first time at Papillon for quite some time. As we remembered, food choice and quality and wine choice was excellent - and reasonably priced. The French Onion Soup with pastry topping was to die for. My wifes filet mignon was cooked to perfection and my seafood entree was delicious.

A Taste of Southern California...Closing Soon! Sunday May 14 Mothers Day 2017 is their last day. Their Tempura Bacon will live forever! Great sheltered patio and outdoor bar with enormous palm trees seems sucked right out of San Diego. Worth the 20 minute line out front@

The environment is great, service is friendly, definitely the best patio in Niles (and Fremont). The food has been generally good but not outstanding, and a bit pricey. I havent braved the lines for brunch, but they are so long they must be doing something correct.

This is my favorite place to eat, it has a feel good feeling, especially the patio. The food is fantastic as well as the staff. I particularly love that they have gluten free bread and understand what no wheat means in the dish. They wont let you down, go visit.

샌프란시스코의 실리콘 밸리 인근으로, 미국 초기마을형태가 근처에 남아있다는 현지인들의 안내가 있는 곳. 좋은 분위기에 친절한 서빙.

The Vine, is like a good,, insider find, the patio is quite comfortable (dare I say, if you can choose the patio take it) with a very good setting, at the bar or with chairs around a fire pit, food is actually pretty good. Friendly and somewhat cozy.

Delicious mimosas, their Nutella French toast is incredibly delicious as is their crab tostada. Amazing place to have brunch with friends. I would recommend getting there a bit early though, there is usually a line but its well worth it

The food is excellent, comfort food and some excellent entrees on the menu. The décor is unusual but nice, interesting. You will enjoy your experience. Go to the back patio and listen to the music in the sand pit

Great local spot in Niles for a trendy out door area in the back where we can bring our dog. Food is always good if a tiny bit expensive. Always fresh and tasty though and often local and organic.

Great little spot in historic Niles. We got there right as they opened and got a great seat outside in the patio. Food was amazing, coffee was tasty, and the staff were great. Well be back.

I would give them five stars, but they changed my favorite appetizer from chicken skewers to wings. Same Sriracha sauce, but no white meat. I guess some people prefer wings.
