I erased my prior review. I just left This establishment And let me tell you, I ordered for myself and my family of (4) A 90.00$ Dinner AND NEVER in my life was I treated like just now, the place was empty we were rushed as if there were tables full, even then it wouldve been wrong we were Eating Our food as the waitress threw the empty boxes on the table (for our leftovers) We Were still eating. Prior to that THE SECOND WE SAT DOWN WITHIN 5 MINUTES SHE WAS AT OUR TABLE 3 TIMES Asking if we were ready yet We were clearly reading the menu. I can not believe How she just rushed us out of there like that...NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I NOT TIPPED A WAITRESS Until today

Chris & Pitts used to be our favorite restaurant. Food was delicious and prices were good. Now the food is just ok and prices have really gone up. The meats used to be smoked and had such a great, unique flavor, but it seems that they no longer do that. Ribs are tender, but no smokey flavor. Very bland, with all of the flavor coming from the sauce. The prime rib was our favorite, but again that great smokey flavor is gone. Its fine, but doesnt have the unique flavor that made Chris & Pitts so good. Thankfully they kept their signature bleu cheese dressing! I grew up eating here, and its so disappointing that it has changes so much.

Been going to this place since I was like 4yrs old. But at the orange County locations. To bad they closed these place and I aint gonna drive to the distance from the IE. I had the most best time at the Anaheim location on Easter Sunday 2010 with my entire family. While eating there was a big earthquake that was in Mexico. The restaurant Chandlers were swinging back and forth like crazy. Gonna miss the food. Two bad like the BBQ restaurant Loves. All these great restaurants are disappearing and Mexican food joints are replacing them. So no more good food and now everyone is going to get diarrhea.

This restaurant is on the decline Ive been coming here for years first they changed the quality of the meat now the prices are to high for what they serve is low quality meats my wife bought a sandwich and she couldnt eat it looked like dog food ... I bought a combo The meets where dry they chopped up the pork even the ham was dry ..it was also cold the crew needs to wake up or the management before they loose Whats left of their customers Wake up theirs a bunch of better BBQ places opening up..

Love this place food is great, taste like home cooking. If you get there lunch special its also a great value. Full meal is like $8. I also love the waitresses theyre always in a great mood super friendly. Only bad thing I can say about this place is they give you way way to much food so you gotta go when your super hungry haha. Oh btw ask them for thier Chilli instead of salad the Chilli is really good.

My wife and I stop here today after church not expecting much, to our surprise we got more for our money than expected. We had the beef ribs with bake beans & fries, I had the chile beans appetizer my wife had a salad. Ribs for today and leftovers for tomorrow, I see it as a two day meal for the price of one. You cant go wrong just take more time choosing your meal.

The food is good. But the show at dinner is really top notch! They have a gunman storm in the restaurant and police surround the area. The gunman screams and yells at you while you grind your teeth through those delicious ribs. The police are speaking through the loud speakers. The sounds of helicopters flying above us. A+ show. Hollywood film caliber!

It was so dirty it made my sweat stains look like I had a design on my shirt. I saw a rat and there were roaches in the bathroom the waitress was rude and careless she spilt my drink on my lap. The food was horrible my burger looked like it was in a rush and it wasnt even cooked it was mostly raw. Horrible. I called corporate.

My steak fell apart it was so tender I didnt have to use a knife. The soup had huge pieces of carrots,onions celery and chicken.The potato was amazing and the gravy was rich and flavorful and full of mushrooms.The barbequed beans were the best in town.My waiter was fabulous and did a great job.Who could ask for anything more ?

Who knew mustard replacing pizza sauce. Simply Delicious. Cant just eat one slice. Cool spot in Downey. Around for a while. Nothing fancy. You can even see them prepare the pizzas. A bit loud when you have sports teams celebrations there. Who cares pastrami pizza is great.

Food was great! Atmosphere could use some sprucing up. But all that can be overlooked when ALL the employees look like the muscles in their face are permanently frozen to prevent them from smiling. They walk back and forth, lifeless,as if in some sort of walking coma.

This is definitely my favorite family-style restaurant. I love the rib-eye steak. Tender, delicious, juicy. The Hawaiian chicken is great too. The staff is always courteous and friendly, even on those days when theyre slammed with patrons. I love this place.

Would of gave 5 stars but your online prices ad way different than in house. When I ask my server about the pricing she stated oh they havent fixed the website dont worry. Got my bill and no adjustment was made. So fix the online prices it miss leads customer.

Thr food was alright. Large portions. I was a bit put off by them not having sour cream without the chives. Server was less than enthusiastic. A $160 meal should equate to better service. Its unfortunate that I cannot tip the rest of the staff and omit her.

The restaurant is crowded but we always managed to be seated by one of the staff. You order your food at the counter and its brought to you at the table. We found the wraps especially good and the salads and burgers excellent also. We all liked this place.

NOT THE SAME AS IT USED TO BE. BABYBACK RIBS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. BEFORE WE USED TO GET HOT TOWELS AFTER YOUR MEAL TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS, NOW WE GET TINY WIPES. THE SALADS AND DRESSINGS ARE STILL ON POINT. SO ARE THEIR ONION RINGS.

First time there the food was delicious we had the lunch time special which was 11.99 and I couldnt even finish my food there was so much. My daughter loved her kids Burger which came with steak fries and ice cream at the end
