Food was good, the service was really bad and slow, there was a couple in front of us and another person, both parties were seated after waiting in line for 10 minutes. We were told to take a seat wherever we want to, after a few minutes the waiter brought waters and told us that someone we be we us to take our order; about 10 minutes past and the waitress took our order. We waited and waited, finally some comes and tells us that they are sorry for the wait and brought some edamame, we noticed that the people that was in front of us were already leaving the restaurant and that was when our food was finally been served, WTH.

Sushi is OK (limited choices in Windsor) but quality is higher than Senju... customer service is sometimes subpar to poor. My wife and I enjoyed this place until we had to walk out one night after waiting 10-15 for someone to even acknowledge us after getting a table. 2 other couples walked out prior to us as well. Take out can be slow as well. One terrible experience so I still give it 3 stars to be fair since I have been there a lot with good food and service.

Best sushi in the Santa Rosa/Windsor area, hands down! Try the Geisha or Tigers Tail and dont miss the tempura shrimp appetizer (all the rolls are so good, its hard to choose!) They have great outdoor seating, but the sake bar area has perfect ambience for date night or girls night out!

Good food, mediocre service lately, and over priced. Delicious but just too spendy when Senju is sooo good and right down the road. Ume does have the hip vibe and a few more artsy rolls though. My favorites are the Lion King and the Eggplant Sliders. Yuuuuuummmmm. Worth a stop in.

Got here kind of late in the evening for a Wednesday night. The waitresses were completely wonderful. The food was terrific. I had the caterpillar sushi roll. Great ambiance. It was exactly what I needed for my date night.

Good sushi...fresh and nicely presented. Friendly staff. There is some better sushi out there but this is not one of those crayola sushi joints. Go with a friend, do a date night, or small group gathering here.

Great sushi spot! Started with the gyoza (pot stickers) which were excellent. The kids got chicken teriyaki and garlic butter shrimp and both were very good. Service was top notch too.

My wife brought me here for a surprise lunch, and boy am I glad she did! Everything was excellent, from the service to the decor. Very nice wait staff. Food was awesome!

The spicy tonkotsu was phenomenal. Best tonkotsu I ever had, rivaling my ramen experiences in Japan and Okinawa! Dont limit yourself to mere sushi. Try this out now!
