Horrible service!! Not authentic good mexican food. Im from central valley and know mexican food this is not it! Went here tgey didnt get correct order when I addressed it the women started to roll their eyes and huff about everything. Then as I stood waiting for the over charges to be reversed they refused. Stating i was still getting food. Didnt matter that a $30 meal turned into a $50 by their mistake. After all this we started eating even my 4 year old didnt like it. She pushed back her plate. IM SORRY BUT CONCORD HAS FAILED AT MEXICAN CUISINE.

Whenever I am in Concord I make sure I stop by El Faro! The food is always very tasty and they have a wide variety of menu options. If you like Mexican then it is hard to go wrong here. Its a fast food design place where you stand in line to order your food and then go sit. Its nothing fancy .. just really good. I cant wait to go back.

People here are so sweet and give quick and awesome service. Being from Sacramento Im a little spoiled with more traditional plates that taste like Grandmas kitchen in Guadalajara. Food is hot and fresh and hits the spot if you are starving. Menudo on salty side, but honeycomb tripe and pata tasted great.

My wife and I have never been disappointed whether dining in our take out. Before I retired, my business partner, his kids, wife and us, all had a wide variety to choose from. Personally I think their Pastor is the best, or as good as any Mexican Resteraunt in Concord.

Ive enjoyed their "Super Beef" burrito for decades! I moved to Texas almost three years ago and I still wait until I come back to visit to have a burrito! Yes, they have other good item on their menu too. Everything tastes homemade so I highlu recommend giving it a try!

Kind of an old school vibe. Plenty of seating and a wide selection of drinks (American soda, Mexican soda, beer). The Mission street burrito (steak, beans, avocado, cheese) was great.
