First, I love the theme, decor, and overall ambience. The elegant touches and detail really add to the authenticity of the era. To start, I had the charcuterie plate and Ahi tuna tacos. The flavors were rich and unlike anything Ive ever had. I also loved the coconut Shrimp and for dessert, the baileys pudding was to-die-for. I highly recommend the hand crafted cocktails. My favorite cocktail was the UP AND SMOKED. Ive never had a drink that captures so much flavor and smokiness. The spirits were infused with smoke in a mason jar before being poured into my glass. Our server, Mary, was very sweet and attentive. We loved her! Theres nothing quite like good service. Overall, The Whisper House did not disappoint and it was truly, a one of a kind dining experience. I highly recommend trying The Whisper House and cant wait to return. The best part was that the bill was very reasonable for appetizers, dessert, and drinks.

We popped in a Friday evening for happy hour. The place has a really fun industrial atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. We opted to sit by the bar and ordered the House Beer and the Blinker. Both drinks were great, light and refreshing. Since is was raining and cold outside, we also ordered some friend pickles. Definitely a great pick me up for any occasion! They come with about 8 fried pickles - a bit disappointed for paying $4 for that - but the flavor and texture of the pickles was great. I dont think I would order this again since I found it a bit overpriced for the portion size. Overall cool vibes, great location and great ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place if you happen to be in the area!

Waiter nice but forgot to put in our food order after the app (chicken and waffles were amazing) waited nearly 40 min for food. The French onion soup gagged me. Too much base, super salty, my husband had meatloaf, small portion for a hearty dish bunch of veggies he doesnt eat. Had vodka smash which was very pricey for small drink but good. So for poor service, 4 drinks, 1 app, 1 entree and a small soup over $100.00! Too expensive-Id go back for chicken and waffles and a water.

I was here last week and i can def say that the service has improved, since the last time last time I was there. In fact, the Manager was kind and apologetic for the bad service we got previously, so she mailed me a $20 gift card. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The drinks were delish. Of course, I ordered my usual, old fashioned drink. ;) I will be back soon. Thanks you Valerie Lopez.

Service: the staff here is pretty quick to get you anything you need. Food: the BBQ bacon burger here is delicious. I think the meat and bread used here might be better than eureka burger, which is next door. Drinks: the vodka smash was freaking great! I ended up ordering two of them, the drink is almost like an alcoholic juice. The old fashioned here was also good.

this place has a great atmosphere, ideal seating, and the menu offers a fairly well curated selection of spirits by SoCal standards, but they have a long way to go in developing the place: a more experienced bar staff and upping their teams service expectations to reflect the price point would be a start.

While the service was fantastic I have no idea why this place is popular. I basically threw out $60 on a pre cooked meal that sat under a heat lamp all of Friday night. I can make a tastier chicken & steak dinner at home, not a reason to go out. Also, for being called The Whisper House it is very loud.

Good price for the quality of food. Excellent variety on the menu. Your POS needs to be updated. As technology improves, there is no acceptable excuse to not be able to split a bill for large parties. Your wait staff spend more time doing split billing than just using a better POS.

The waitress was nice but we rarely saw her and often had to flag down another waitress. Then that waitress would come and tell our waitress we needed something. Food was okay. Drinks were also okay. Everything was just okay. Ambience was great though.

Great food. Friendly staff. They were having technical difficulties with their cash register and was unable to charge us so our meal was free. We gave the waitress a great tip. It wasnt her fault that the register wasnt working.

Bad service, the apple crisp tasted like onions were in it (good advice: clean your cutlery and boards when you are doing food prep), took forever to even get a waiter to the table and there was 2 tables occupied...wont go back.

Service was terrible. The waitress had almost no knowledge of the food or drinks menu and service was really slow. Food was nice but not outstanding and quite expensive for what it is. Cocktails were good. I wouldnt go back.
