I saw the bar rescued episode & was very impressed with the upgrades, even the name change! I was looking fwd to stopping by with my next visit to the area. However, I caught the follow-up bar rescue episode & have also read recent reviews. The owner has remained completely clueless about the abrasive old regulars, petty in replacing good gourmet foods with the old junk/can soup, & business wise is completely out of his league! I concur the name change was a positive move. The word Inn implies a motel & was very outdated like the bar has become before bar rescue renovation. The beautiful renovated interior is now replaced with tacky posters & misc clutter. This isnt a place for a my money. I spend cash & like to drink & eat in one that reinvests in itself. Ill be drinking at the competition, called Royal.

Came to this bar the other night. All I noticed were a couple of old drunks hitting on every woman that walked in the bar. I made the mistake of ordering the soup. Freaking disgusting. Come to find out, it was canned soup! What nimrod serves canned soup? This so called bar, is a gathering hole for old, smelly, drunks. One of these locals, urnitated on himself! Do yourself a favor, dont go to this bar! The owner was a total idiot, the food and drinks were beyond disgusting. I wont be surprised, if this place closes down in the near future.

I came in on Sunday for the steak and eggs!!! $10 (I think) for a BIG steak cooked medium rare, eggs, potatoes, biscuts/gravy. All on one plate. I also sunk two bloody marys and a coors on my way out. Great atmosphere. ALSO: I have visited on Tuesdays/Wednesdays for dollar draft night. $5 pitchers of budweiser and coors, in addition to a great DJ. Overall I rate this establishment 5/5 and I invite you to see for yourself.

How disgusting. The drunk locals are bad enough, but when a married guy in town for business tried kissing me, and followed me around, that was enough. I told the manager, and he asked what mixed signals I gave him? Really? Then he dared to suggest I let the guy buy me a drink to loosen me up. Its MY fault I dont want a gross perv hitting on me? My friend and I left, and we will never go back.

Taco night is normally exceptional but tonight......Somebody bought the wrong tortilla tonight!! Go back. to your regular BRAND, please. Tonights tortillas were not up to par and did your great cook an injustice! We will be there again next Thurs and hope things are back to normal. Service is great and bar is fantastic. Enjoy the specials and the patrons. (ALL this from a 70+ yr old Granny).

Sunday Fundays buy one get one free drinks on well from 9 pm til close was the reason I decided to come check it out, but the bartender Haeley was the reason Im sold. Super friendly service, she really goes out of her way to make everyone feel taken care of. She is a sweetheart. People here are friendly and its a cool place. I highly recommend this bar, especially on Sunday nights.

The owner is an idiot. I gave this place a shot because of bar rescue and I wished I would have just flushed 50 down toilet. He changed the name back and all the customers too I guess there were 6 older guys in there other than me and my friend. After I was made to feel super uncomfortable I left. He wonders why he not getting any business, its because of his horrible decisions

two weeks ago i visited my son in riverside and just for the hell of it i decided to hit the canyon inn! what a fuckig joke, paulie is a thug on steroids who thinks he is a sports legend but actually the steroids have ruined his pea brain! this place is a joke and is only frequented by the homeless,the useless, or the half-assed baseball players like pauly-STAY-AWAY !!

Very rude people and the food tasted like crap. The locals there was very rude and acted like pervs to the only 3 women in the bar. I would never bring any of my friends in here and the food tasted processed or something. There was a big guy that was there who i think was the owner and he was the rudest of them all.

It was ok after bar make over. A few months later I went in and just like today nothing has changed. The female batender was nice they had a brunch crowd in there big screen TV sucks.wood I take a woman the no becuz smells like stale beer. But I would go to Sammy bar and grill wich I did just shortly after.

Anaheim Hills quintessential dive bar. You dont go here for the ambiance, food or beer selection. You go here because the locals come here. Nearly unnavigatable restroom facilities. Plenty of TV screens to enjoy your sports viewing. But dont bring a date for a fancy, romantic evening.

Went here to see my friends band play. The bars a dive (not a deal-breaker for me), the drinks are incredibly overpriced, the owner and security are jerks (had no tolerance for slam-dancing - nobody was going to get hurt), and the atmosphere sucks. Go elsewhere.

This place is Awesome!! Not sure what the bad reviews are about, maybe there has been a management change or something, but I come hear often, always have a great time, cheap drinks, friendly staff, friendly guests (almost TOO friendly!) fun bands.

This place is for real people that dont need the establishment to somehow complete them. Wings are phenomenal! You need to pickup your beers from the bar yourself. Each night of the week has a different theme and crowd. Expensive? Are you crazy?

As a back woods New Englander and old school kinda guy, the Canyon Inn is by far the best bar Ive frequented since I arrived 1994. The management, service, staff and atmosphere is extremely kind. It most surely beats the Clubhouse off the map.

Had a great time with great company. Love the people here. Either Im the s#!t or its a very friendly environment. I drank for free most of the night. One guy actually bought rounds for everyone in the bar. I highly recommend it.

The regulars here made me really uncomfortable, especially when they got in my girlfriend and Is faces! The drinks were not good and the service was poor. Wont be back even though its the closest bar to my house!

Daytime crowd is small and geared towards an older crowd. Nighttime crowd is geared towards a younger crowd and the place goes off! Live Music, cocktail waitresses along with the bartenders behind the bar.
