Typically I would rate this restaurant higher, but when I dined there this evening with a group of friends for a special celebration, the food and service fell short. I ordered the brisket, which is usually very tender and lean; in the past it has just melted in my mouth. Tonight every piece on my plate was fatty and inedible. When the waiter noticed I hadnt really touched it, I told him about the poor quality of meat. His response was to tell me he would box it up and tell the manager...and he quickly took my plate. The manager never came to our table and instead of offering me a different type of meat or a different cut of brisket, the waiter brought a dessert menu and said he would give us a free dessert. I told him I would rather eat protein instead of sweets and once again mentioned that Ive never before had a bad cut of brisket. His response: "yeah, sometimes brisket is fatty." Well, Im so disappointed that I never want to go back. I feel sick to my stomach now a few hours after the meal, and Ive lost all desire to bring my friends to Wood Ranch.

Celebrated Dads 74th bday on Wednesday 6pm with 14 adults and a child. Superb ribs, great baked potato, nicely crisp corn and broccoli sides, tasty sweet potato and silky cheesecake. Several enjoyed the fine prime rib, one enough to bring home leftovers. Downsides: $29 center cut fillet was bland (and red despite "well done" request). Flies and a wasp were a continuing nuisance on the patio, but better than the noise level inside. Some investment in updating decor and finishes is becoming due, if not past due. Molten lava cake was nicely hot, but somewhat bitter. The peach cobbler was fresh and hot, but the oats in the crumble tasted a bit raw. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and the service was fine. $400+ dollars (almost no alcoholic drinks except for hard lemonades). We plan to return.

My friends and I go to Wood Ranch on special occasions about once or twice a year. This time was the absolute best! The beef ribs were perfect! The Mac n Cheese was so good that next time Im getting it as both my sides. The corn side came with an option of on the cob, or shaved. I got it shaved and it did not disappoint. Everything was great, especially the price! Where else can you get 4 beef ribs with tons of meat on BOTH SIDES for under $20? Not to mention the garlic bread. This places is my new favorite! The manager there was Carlos, and he was a class act. Very nice guy. And our server was Abdul (great name) and he was quick, knowledgeable, efficient, and all around very charismatic. I cant compliment this place more. Its a MUST!!!

Came as part of a group reservation and was very impressed with the look and feel of the restaurant -- it is truly beautiful. However it took over an hour to get appetizers on the table and the entrees to follow were lackluster. The pasta was over cooked and overseasoned and the chicken was almost too tough to cut with a steak knife. I had to ask for silverware three times and the drinks on the table regularly went unfilled. I was surprised at this for a Disney property and overall disappointed with the experience.

I had only come here once previously long ago and recall it was amazing. My girlfriend and I went here last night, she got the tri tip salad and I the bbq salad with chicken, both of which were very delicious and appealing. Our ice tea was constantly being refreshed too, something not too common anymore. Service was great, place was clean, and the staff was professional and friendly.

Got a pound of brisket, chicken and apple cobbler. The brisket was soaking wet from the hot pot they kept it in, barely edible. The chicken was ok but the barbecue sauce had a ketchup like taste. Cobbler was the best part and Im definitely not going back for that. It was a carry out order... Maybe they keep the quality food for the dine in customers.

Loved the food, hipster vibe, and the Motown hits steaming through the place were a nice touch. The tunes gave the place just the right amour of diner flare without the plastic covers booths, stainless steel, and jukebox. Loved the sausage sliders, chicken and waffles and the potatoes. The coffee is good too. Worth the walk from our hotel .

I wouldnt say it is the best BBQ I have had, but they do a really decent job. They handle an impressive number of people efficiently and with a smile. We have been on a weekend with a large group and were seated and served up complex orders from picky people without a hitch. You have to respect that.

Good food, large portions for the price. Clean restaurant and fast service. Staff could have been a little more friendly but Ill take properly prepared food and a clean establishment over a chatty wait staff any day. I will eventually come back to try the pulled pork and salads. Recommended.

Wood Ranch is a great place if you are craving good Bar-B-Que meal. I recommend the ribs, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. I took my family here and the kids loved it. We try and go there couple times a month. Customer friendly and they do curb side to go!

We went here for lunch. It was our first time here. Our server was very patient with us and very helpful in giving recommendations. The serving sizes were great and enough for us. It is a bit pricey as we expected, but it was worth every penny.

I enjoyed the food, the restaurant is clean, especially the restrooms (which is always a thumbs up for me). Customer service was good, at time i felt our waitress was a little rude or annoyed, bt other than that it was good. =)

If youre looking for classy, good, tasty BBQ, then this is your place. The rolls are the best, their meats are all to die for, and their sides cannot be beat. My family and I go here regularly for a good meal.

Delicious ribs and chicken and sides/desserts! Great sauce, comfortable restaurant. Best BBQ in the area! Prefer the Dos Lagos location because its on a lake and golf course, but this is great too!

Delicious. You choose the side dishes you like with the meat entree you order. And there is a wide range of options. Service is quick and efficient. Not the atmosphere for a long, slow dinner.

Tri tip!! Wood Ranch is a decent BBQ joint. Its a good place to get BBQ - theres not many places that offer BBQ around. As you walk in, you can just smell that delicious meat cooking.

Filet, medium rare with the smashed sweet potatoes. Whiskey and coke to boot. And sometimes -- wings, Done extra well so theyre crispy. What they do, they do well.
