My wife and I had to leave the restaurant quickly due to a family emergency. My wife payed the bill without checking while we were on our phones trying to get information. Our waitress charged us double by adding on two extra meals which I caught when the waitress brought the receipt for her to sign. It took the waitress and manager a while to fix the problem and they didnt do anything to make up for the mistake and hassle. I would call it horrible customer service.

The service was ok. Although the food was very over priced as well as the cocktails. There signature cocktails were premade and kept in a jug...I thought that was very lazy. And then i tried the drink and was instantly aware of why they were premade. "Because they had almost no alcohol in them" a shady way of ripping off the patron.

I usually get their big wave and their jungle caesar salad and Ive never been disappointed. Their fries are also really good. The thing that I really like about this place is that they are consistent even from location to location. I know that visiting any of their locations I can expect the same great food.

Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks is delicious. I had such a great experience here! Great food, and the prices were great. Definitely will be going every time Im in CA. Avocado toast was amazing. Mac and cheese is a must!

Islands usually has good burgers, but yesterday we went for lunch and the burgers were soggy with catsup & falling apart. Very unappetizing.The server was not as efficient and friendly as our past servers have been.

This is a magical Islands branch unlike the rest. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and the food is delicious. The carnitas tacos with avocado slices are my favorite.

Great option for a local burger. Clean restaurant and friendly waitresses. My favorite is the Kilauea burger, just a little bit spicy.

Lots of bun on the hamburger but the bottomless french fries are the best. Only a 20 minute wait on a Friday, so thats not too bad.
