We must have waited at least 40 minutes for our dinner. The restaurant had a comfortable number of customers which didnt explain why they were so slow. The kids plates came out about 5 minutes before everyone elses dishes and when the grown up food did arrive it was marginally warm and not especially tasty. The flautas were very small, like short taquitos. The servers and wait staff were very nice, which is the only thing that qualified last nights dinner as two stars.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant walk-in had to wait a few minutes before I was even knowledge the table tops were staying with some kind of dirt. This place needs to be updated. I ordered a taco salad there was nothing on the top of salad other than tomatoes and cheese the lettuce tasted kinda old and it looks like it was brown I had better taco salad at Taco Bell. The only thing actually that was good about this place was the service.

Casa Ramos is our go-to spot for good quality mexican cuisine, reasonable prices and great service. I would recommend it to anyone. Weve been going to the East Avenue location for years and have always had a pleasant experience.
