They swapped my order with another customers. Yes they had the steak and guacamole part right, but everything else was just plain disgusting. Not to mention the salsa was too hot for me. I wish they would have just given me mine instead of someone elses. Also, the guacamole had avocado skins still inside of it. They didnt do a very good job of peeling. It seem like they just mashed a whole avocado and put it in; not even caring about the skin. The lady who took my order had a raspy voice and seemed like she was sick; I dont want to get a cold from ordering at Chipotle. Fast Service? Yes. Good Quality Service? No. Good Quality Food? Meh. Id just order from 5 Guys next door instead.

Fantastic service wouldnt hesitate to come back! Lunch line moves pretty quick.It gets a little frustrating but if Im craving chipotle I will wait in the line because there is nothing better than a steak burrito with white rice, black beans, pico, and lettuce! Also along with the staff there ,Mr. Ramirez uriel such a Hard working guy moved the lines so quick ! keep it up guys this place rocks!

This is truly excellent mexican food. If you have had and liked Taco Bell, you will LOVE Chipotle. Their chips are delicious. They add lemon and salt to give them a special tang. The meat is done perfectly there, and the add-ons are delicious too! Please have your next meal at Chipotle, youll be in for a good experience.

Customer service used to be better, but recently I have come across some tired, unfriendly long-face types, though most of them still work with a welcoming smile. I go to Chipotle because their ingredients are ranked to be healthier compared to other fast food places.

Dose not hold up to standards. Go to any other location but this one. This one is horrible. If its not bell pepper and onions being burnt black. Or just very sloppy put together. Go to five guys or Taco Bell they can make their product correctly.

Typical Chipotle restaurant on the side of a larger outdoor shopping plaza. Parking is generally Had to wait a while for them to cook additional protein; a minor inconvenience, but maybe a direct consequence of the prior food handling issues.

I love the food there, SO GOOD though sometimes there arent enough people to serve and have to wait a long time..... And also sometimes there wouldnt be the ingredients that you want like chicken, veggies, cheese, etc..
