I love chipotle! I accidentally left my purse there yesterday with credit cards, cash, and checks, around 2:00pm yesterday. Did not realize it until 6:30pm when I went out. When I called, an employee had put it in the back in a locked room, and everything was still intact. I was not only impressed with their employees honesty, but, needless to say, thrilled at the way it was all handled. We will make everyone aware of this situation, and let them know that there is another special thing about this restaurant besides healthy, fresh, tasty food with excellent friendly service! We have been to at least 10+ Chipoltles around the country, and this one was by far the worst. The servers all were rude and didnt once smile. The white rice was cold and lumpy/sticky. And they were unable to accommodate my wifes celiac disease (gluten). Celiac aside, it was still quite awful service. Given the decline in Chipoltes stock price/ownership and the repeated health issues, one would think that all locations would be steeping up their customer service. The San Ramon, CA location should be reviewed by Corporate. It is giving the company a bad reputation, and we are huge fans of Chipoltle.

Used to be very good back in the days in terms of service, portions and general attitude of workers. For the last few years, all of it has changed. Serving portions have reduced in comparison to other locations nearby. Folks behind that glass have less of a smile than we were used to. However, not everything is lost. Danville location is awesome and it isnt too far either. Great portions, excellent service and shorter lines. In fact they seem to care more about their customers and their Chipotle needs.

Our cashier Nicole was very rude. We were not greeted, as we tried to hand her our card she dropped it and waited from.me to pick it up, she shoved our bag over to us swiped my card and sat it on the counter and didnt even look up....I will never spend a dime at this Chipotle ever again...one thus I dont like is rude service...the prep teams are great and always love eating here but this will be my last time thanks to Nicole.

Terrible customer service from the moment I walked up! Voice was raised at me when i had zero problems or issues! I wanted extra sides and was prepared to pay! The young blonde woman and older woman working the bar created a tense, loud, embarrassing situation for me. I saw no one else being treated this way. Wont ever return.

This chipotle does seem to give more food than most and seem to cook their meats better, but this is the slowest chipotle known to man. Expect to stand in line for a bit. It backs up pretty quickly.

OK burritos with reasonably healthy ingredients. Noisy and often quite a wait to get to the assembly line where your food is slapped together. Beer and margaritas available. Stick with the beer.
