Really good burgers and onion rings. He bread was amazing, so fresh!! What really made the 1st time experience momorable was the great customer service. I ordered 1/2onion rings 1/2 seasoned fries and they rung it up as one of each but I originally wanted one order split with both onion rings and seasoned fries. I went up to explain and they were super nice and helpful. They refunded me instantly and was really genuine about that. Id definitely go back!! The downside was the tables were a bit sticky with some left over food from the previous guests, i had to wipe them down myself with napkins and water. Overall really yummy food and caring, helpful employees.

Great burgers, made the way you ask for, excellent choice of cheeses and good beef. You put your own toppings on, lettuce, tomatoe, choice of pickles, peppers, onion and sauces. Add a healthy order of fries, apparently a favorite of the high school students, and youll definitely walk away satisfied. Not fast, they start the burgers when you order them and cook them on an open grill right at the counter. Try it!

Big Chico Burger is a fabulous place to drag your friends and family, back-up friends and unknowns to have some grade-A meat on a burger you mostly make yourself. When rating this place, you gotta go TEN-OUTTA-TEN!!! :D

Best burgers and dogs in Chico!! We eat lunch at Big Chico Burgers almost every day because they simply serve the highest quality meat, vegies, and buns in Chico. The owner, Paco, and his crew are friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. Dick and Ann invite you to a great burger restaurant knowing that you wont be disappointed.

Burger was okay. Condiments were tired lettuce and tomatoes with warm, slimy ketchup and mustard bottles ... not even close to a salad bar. The super-sticky floor nearly pulled my shoes off. The table was also too sticky to touch. Not even elbows. Three slow flies were enjoying the stickiness, as my lunch companions. Pine-Sol people!

Burgers were just ok, service was really good though. The parking lot is SO small! And they really need to do something about their extractor fans. The place was so smokey I can barely see at times. I really wanted to love this place but it is not that good. Its just ok

Good burgers and the staff is always nice and its good for families. I refuse to eat inside as the pepsi machine is dying and its so loud. The kids love it and its usually full around lunch/dinner
