I dont typically write a bad review but my experience at this Red Robbin absolutely deserves nothing less!!! They really need to do something about their personnel! I wont go into details about my experience here because your time and my time is too valuable to write a disertation. My advice to you as a customer is to find another burger joint! There are a lot of others in the area that have burgers just as good and service that doesnt even compare. If you want Red Robin, go to a different location! I see the comments below, I am not the only one that feels this way about their service... trust me, it will leave you extremely upset. If you dont like what you do for a living, you should find another job/career! This red robin has employees that obviously do not like their jobs and dont like customers! Their misery in working at this location is glaring and obvious!!! And whats shocking is they arent bashful in letting you know it and careless about making your experience the same. The positive reviews below are probably from mgmt and/or friends of them... because I just cant see how someone would give them a positive review after the experience I had here. FIRST and LAST time here!! I thought i find my favorite burger till i throw up more than 10times after a couple hours i left the place.. i didnt eat nowhere else after that. What i order: black & blue burger with 2 Guinness beer a tortilla soup And a brownie cake I think something was wrong with the mushroom from the burger, they were dark color and strange taste. But i didnt give it to much attention because i tried first time the burger and i thought thats how is supposed to be.. I went to hotel i started to fill that something is wrong, than i went out to a walk with friends, and i started to throw up everything what i eat, even after that i still was throwing up. 2 days couldnt eat nothing, so thank you Red Robin

This place used to be great, but service became worst and worst each time I visit this place. Usually we need to wait a lot to get food and somtimes the hamburgers were either burn or cold. Also waitress looks like they dont care at all, they are in the back making some jokes, talking, and more interested in their phones than in the tables. Today i visit this place with some friends but we just stay there for around 15 mins and the waitiress did not even showed. Also the tables around us were dirty full of dirty dishes and nobody seems to care. We asked a waitress to see if somebody can take our order but nobody showed up so we ended up leaving this place for good.

I enjoy this place. Its my comfort food for sure. Lately Ive been enjoying a combination of the super nachos and the Whiskey River BBQ Burger. I like my burger with some pink, garlic fries, and a side of ranch. What I love about this is that its a pretty sizable meal. Its a sure sign that Im needing some extra personal comfort when I get both the burger and the nachos. Usually Ill just stick with the burger, but I usually always get the same burger. The burger plus the fries is a wonderful flavor combination. I tend to wash it down with a diet Coke, so Im not very familiar with the selection of adult-type beverages.

良くも悪くもカジュアルなファミリーレストラン。 そういった位置づけのためか家族連れが多い気がします。テーブルにはタッチパネルのメニューなどもあり効率的ではあります。 メニューは所謂アメリカン。ハンバーガーやサンドイッチ、アントレも揃えてあります。クラフトビールも揃っていて地味に便利です。 味は可もなく不可もなくですが、子連れでも気兼ねなく入れるので重宝しています。

I cant seem to find any Red Robin restaurant with good service. My party was seated and waited patiently for our server. At about the 15 minute mark, we asked a passing busboy if he knew which server was ours, because we were ready to order at this point. Our server rushed over to us, apologetic because no one had been assigned to take care of our table!! After we ordered, we only saw our server once more to deliver drinks and food. I hate feeling like I wasted $5 on a bottomless drink that I cant get a refill on because my server is too busy/has too many other tables.

Red Robin is basically another chain restaraunt with lots of fried food in large portions. Not usually my first choice when going out. I have to admit that the only thing I have really tried here is the cheesburger. Thats probably because it is so good that I never even look at anything else when I go. My wife likes the chicken finger salad which looks pretty decent but the only reason I would really consider going here is for a cheesburger. If you can eat a lot they also have bottomless fries. I am usually full after one burger though.

The staff are extremely relaxed and personable. The first impressions are great. It took a while to get to us, but I understand that the food is actually made to order. The chefs dont touch anything that goes on your plate until a minute or two after the server sends them your order. Also, I think theres some sort of controlled substance in these burgers. Theyre suspiciously addictive.

Really, really slow service. Food is just as good as any other red Robin, but the service is pretty bad. I have come in a few times to groups of people at front waiting for a hostess to seat them. I left the last time I was in after waiting for over ten minutes at the almost empty bar with no menu or staff checking in on my group.

Service is spotty. Tried to order from the table top tablet, and it charged us the wrong price, so would still work with the waiter instead. (Not sure how well they wipe those tablets down, either; ours was a bit sticky). Food is standard and the bottomless steak fries/side salad are nice but staff wasnt attentive about refills.

Not a great experience as far as Red Robins go. The food was alright (nothing impressive) but the service was downright bad. It also took a *very* long time for the kitchen to get the food out (40+ minutes). The server wouldnt make eye contact with us and seemed really out of it. Also forgot to bring a few things we asked for.

My daughter wanted to eat at Red Robin for her 10th birthday and it was not a nice experience. My plate was dirty, the server messed up on our order. He did not come and check on us and we thought they would sing Happy Birthday to my daughter and all our server did was bring her an ice cream. Dont think we will return.

I had their Break room fries which were so good also their pork belly sandwich with came with an egg...yum! My girlfriend had the tacos which were good too, they have a good deal for 3 tacos. I shouldve tried their lemonade but just got stuffed lol .They have tables to sit and a bunch of hot sauce to choose from.

Bottomless sides is a really cool idea, and I was fortunate enough to have had the willpower to say no :). They had some very interesting cocktails, and the food was consistent and quick and tasty. Even though it was a weekend, we got there early enough that we didnt have to wait for a table.
