Great burger place. Hard to go wrong with basic yet high quality ingredients. I appreciate how their beef is actually grass-fed (for the life of the cow instead of "grass-finished") and they do a superb job of putting it together. Fries and onion rings - I thought they were great! Good seasoning, made fresh. Not super crispy - so if youre someone who likes them really crunchy you may want to have them fried a little bit longer. There sauces were very good. Well, I should say their in-house ranch was excellent. They put Parmesan in the ranch and it turned out to be excellent. Their BBQ sauce wasnt really my thing because they add coffee or coffee beans into it, and I am not a coffee fan.. but they guys at the table next to me were thrilled with it. They also make all their sodas (besides Diet Coke) with real ingredients. Didnt try many of them but the few I tried were really good! Staff was excellent, very attentive, and super nice. I will definitely be coming back, and very soon!

Let me begin by saying the food was overall good. We each got a lounge burger and a 1/2 and 1/2. The half and half was misleading at first. It is suppose to be half onion rings and half fries. When they bring it to you its like 3 onion rings sitting on a container of fries. They do put smaller rings in the fry container as well. I really have nothing bad to say in terms of the taste of quality of the food. Im only giving it 3 stars for the cost. 2 lounge burgers with bacon and a side cost us $27. The burgers were good but not good enough to warrant that price. Id recommend just going to in and out. Same good burger flavor and literally half the price. Probably wont go again for awhile because there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.

Delicious cod burger, its fish and chips on a bun. Ill give the onion rings a B, very creative take, but I like onion rings with more onion in them. I tried a free sample of their vanilla shake and it was amazing. Great selection of sodas and lemonades, not your usual coca cola products. ALL their food is very creative and tastey, from their side salad to their buns. Its like Sunset magazine designed a burger chain. They have a good range of sizes too, the double burger is huge, my cod burger was in the small end, plus they have a kids size burger. And the takeout containers are compostable or recyclable. The side salad came in a giant plastic thing, so there is some room for improvement.

Literally just finished eating our first burgers from here. I had the classic and my husband the lounge buger. Neither were great. In both cases we could taste the toppings and barely taste actual beef and they definitely were not medium as the menu claims. I think this is a situation of hype and trend rather than great flavor. Not worth the price. 2 stars only because the place was clean, service was fairly quick, and the fries were pretty good.

More hype than flavor . . . We went there expecting more than they could deliver. The burgers were as dry as the bun. The cheese on the burger was barely detectable, and the onion rings needed more onions in them. I would give this place zero stars, but the staff was friendly and apologetic when I pointed out that they had forgotten part of our order. We wont be returning to or recommending Burger Lounge.

I rate this place 3.5 I ordered the Lamb burger, onion rings, and a vanilla shake. The bill was $24 and change...WOW...on my salary that hurts! The burger was tasty but when the server brought it to my table it was barely warm, the onion rings were over-done, but the shake was great! After leaving a tip, I felt kind of violated and not sure if Ill return. I dont really buy into the whole "grass-feed" thing.

Theyre customer service is atrocious I was looked at 3rd world peasant there is a cute Latin girl here shes the only nice one of the bunch all of the others are grass fed boujwa up tight tree hugging a holes this place needs an adjustment in respect for theyre customers I love theyre burgers theyre amazing but if I were you I would order online or the app so you can avoid the crowds its packed right NOW.

If you want a sloppy burger without quality ingredients, this is not the place. I am so pleased that I can get a GOOD HAMBURGER a little smaller that is tasty. I am watching low calorie, low sugar. My grandson who had just played baseball for 3 hours got the regular size which I felt was a good healthy meal due to the quality of the beef and bun. Thank you Burger Lounge for coming to WC.

This is a newer burger joint on ygnacio. The establishment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The smell is warm and welcoming as you walk in and promises good things ahead, however, the food was overpriced and lackluster at best and the wait is incredibly long for the quality of food. Overall, its just another burger joint charging too much.

This new place is more elegant than many east Bay burgers! The owners really care, they are taking the time to establish themselves as a successful and customer oriented business. The quality is very high, and though the fries were a bit small, this is a good place to have a better than average burger and fries with a friendly atmosphere.

The first time we ate there it was all that people say, juicy tasty burgers but tonights burgers were not juicy and they were tasteless. The patties need some salt and pepper when cooking. I dont even mind medium well but my burger was over cooked. The bun and fixings were perfect, the fries and onion rings were great.

Really nice burger place! The food is fantastic- the turkey burger is super juicy and the classic was excellent! Also, the staff was super nice- they made a point to make the visit extra special for my girls by serving them their food at the counter (where they were sitting).

Very disappointed. Ordered a medium rare lounge burger and got a very thin patty that was dry and crispy around the edges. Fries were soft and bland. Onion rings were heavily battered and tasted like the oil they were cooked in. We will stick to Counter Burger.

I just get a plain cheeseburger, so it has to be perfect to get 5 stars from me, and this burger was perfect. So were the French fries and Cola (small company, tasted great, cant remember the name). Well worth the money spent.

The burgers are really great, including the bun, veggies and onions. The fries and onion rings are top notch, too! They serve three kinds of lemonade and some craft sodas. The prices are fine considering the quality.

Food very good, juicy burgers and awesome onion rings. Its 10 bucks for just a burger by itself, add fries and a drink and youre looking at $16-17. So for a burger and fries Id say its pretty steep.

First time here and I must say Im impressed with the burgers its not overly seasoned has the right amount and the onion rings are great. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
