I arrived at 9pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, and half of the dozen in the bar area appeared to be employees just off-shift. The bartender was morosely laconic and paid more attention to his cohorts and cleaning his station than to the customers. My burger and pathetically-small fry order - which took 20 minutes to arrive - were cold but the plate was hot, clearly victims of a heat lamp. Red Robin proudly proclaims as a virtue unlimited fries and Ill typically knock down a refill or two before starting on the burger, taking half home. Here, I felt that if Id ordered more fries, Id have seen daylight before they arrived, so I didnt bother. The only reason this location rates even two stars is that Red Robins burgers are great even when cold, and the price is acceptable even with only one tiny order of cold fries. Last hit: I enjoy their small tablet-style ordering system that also allows me to enter my Red Robin Rewards information, but despite a unit sitting two feet away, Big Grouchy didnt offer it and the other two customers near me who finished while I was still waiting for my food didnt get one either, so I didnt even ask. Perhaps Ive been pampered by the Des Moines, WA location - that rates seven stars by comparison. I wont be back.

This is the worst place ever to eat. The wait time was fine but once we got to our table the server didnt seem like he wanted to be there it took him a few minutes to even see what we wanted to drink. Then he got our drink order and walked away didnt ask if we wanted any appetizers. Once he finally came back to take our appetizers order i had told him i put it in the kiosk thing. Again he just walks away doesnt ask us what we would like to order 10min go by and we get asked what we want to order thats after complaining to the manager that i want a new waiter( didnt get one). Then when the food comes out it was just my partners order my food wasnt done yet. 10ish mins go by i still dont have my food my partner is done with his. we get my food in a box and leave. I will never go back to this location again!

When I first saw the ratings for this place on yelp, my first thought was "How the hell does this Red Robins gets 1.5 stars and another one get 3? People should know what to expect!" Boy oh boy, was I wrong. I was flabbergasted that this Red Robins was significantly worse than any other red Robins. It was extremely disorganized, the place was short staffed with only about three-four moving waiters for the whole establishment, orders were mixed up, we never got our extra fries (and fruit because my friend wanted fruit for some reason), our orders came late, and we were missing items throughout the whole evening! We were very nice, patient, and still tipped well. We believed this is a problem with management and not from the staff.

Never been to this one before and probably will never go to again. The host was horrible, she doesnt even greet you its almost as if shes trying to avoid talking to anyone. She didnt even know what tables were available. We asked for our burgers well done and received them medium rare, that means lots of red! Didnt enjoy my food at all except the fries were good. It didnt help ether when you got great view of the cooks and one them was scratching his head and then continue working on peoples food, hopefully he uses head and shoulders.I only wish I saw that first or else I would not have eaten my food at all.

Good burgers. Flavour for the burgers is great. And their steak fries are really good. The premium burgers are very hearty and very filling for people with smaller stomachs like us. We like to order the tavern burgers as they are more appropriately sized. If I could change one thing on their menu it would be to have more burger options for smaller portioned eaters like us. The atmosphere is not bad but might have a rowdy crowd on game nights though. Today, there was a customer continually shouting so loud the whole restaurant (50 people) could hear him. I didnt enjoy that but Im sure others would.

Waitress came to get our order and 90 minutes went by and she had not checked to see if we needed anything. We ended up having to ask another waitress if we could have our kids drinks refilled. After 90 minutes another waiter brought our meal my sons burger was cold. My daughter couldnt finish her chicken strips we asked for a container, after 20 minutes passed we gave up and wrapped her chicken in a napkin. It was a pretty flavorless meal. My husbands Royal Red Robin the egg was over cooked and barely edible. The burgers at Five Guys, Habit ,Counter and even In and Out are tastier.

The food and service were AWFUL. Aftet 15 minutes of waiting, someone finally decided to acknowledge us. It was a miracle! After taking our order we got to have about eight different waiters because they all seemed to get caught up in something else on the way to the kitchen. Thirty minutes later, we were served our burgers with black, rubbery patties that closely resembled hockey pucks. Would i recommend THIS Red Robbin? No, not at all. You would be better off at the Olive Garden next door. They DO have free bread sticks, after all.

We waited for 15 minutes to just get a drink order from someone that over emphasized they could not take our orders. Our meals came out of order from our salads and appetizers. No order was correct. We had to fight to get our orders corrected. We got no silverware until way after all of our food came out. Refills were nonexistent. Absolutely avoid this restaurant. They cannot manage their staff and their service is as poor as can be.

Traveling from Washington State, visiting family we stopped at our favorite place and was beyond disappointed with the quality and lack of service at this Red Robin. Our waitress never came back to fill up our drinks, hello its 90 degrees outside, and yes we would have loved to have more fries had they asked. I would not recommend this establishment, never to be visited again while in the area.

Burger was good Frys or warm not hot service sucked save your money and go to The Habit and maybe these restaurants will learn how to train their servers because this seems to be an on going thing at restaurants . I dont know how these guys expect tips when youre waiting around for drink refills no napkins or silverware or ketchup and Im getting up to get my own thing funny how things work

I went to Red Robin on a night when playoffs for the Stanley Cup hockey were on, however the hostess refused to change any channel in the dining area to hockey because people were more interested in basketball. There were 3 screens in the dining area, all within view of any seat in the room. Honestly, they cant change one screen to another major sports event???

Worst service ever, each time Ive visited has been worst than the last. Sure you get seated pretty quickly but other than that unattentive waiters and long wait times for food are left and right. The restaurant wasnt even half full. Not to mention that our waiter looked and smelled like he had been drinking during his shift. Very unpleasant overall.
