Ive been to this location twice and while it looks like a decent place from the outside, the food and service is mediocre. The parking lot is small and quite crowded. There is nowhere to park nearby either which makes it inconvenient. Try to go during busy hours. Ironically, though, the parking lot may be completely full and no one is inside, maybe the staff are parking in the lot? Not sure. The food; meh. Its okay for bar food. Its not something I look forward to eating, but its nearby a friends house in Aptos and its kid-friendly. I havent had a meal that really stands out. I have gotten the argula salad twice with chicken. The best part of the salad is the half of avocado on top. Thats always delicious, but there is always way too much lemon in the dressing. The first time I went, I saw the guy who was assembling my salad cough into his arm which made my stomach turn. I still ate the salad, but didnt real right about it. The tots and fries are pretty greasy and usually go cold pretty quickly. Again, more of kids foods than adult food.

My family lives half a mile from Burger so we keep coming back. Every time I do I think it will be the last time. Its expensive and the burgers are just not very good or worth the high price for that matter. They cant seem to get the fries right either; both the regular and the sweet potato fries are consistently cold and greasy. I need a ton of ketchup to get them down. The beer selection is good but the way the food and bar are separate is a pain in the a$$. The outside seating is fun on a nice day but inside is not very clean at all, especially in the back little room where they have a couch that is coated with years of customer crumbs. Overall, I try to avoid Burger in Aptos and spend most of my eating out money at Sophias, Sids or Manuels. But my son likes the shakes at Burger so every time I think Im out, I just get pulled back in to choke down the expensive and tasteless burgers and fries with a quart of ketchup and mustard.

Every time I go there I say its the last time. The staff is rude, my girlfriend asked for a milkshake and dude had to ask some boychick who was very annoyed and said No like she could not be bothered. They have the worst music playing. Punk in one room and Reggaeton in the other with Americas funniest home videos on the Tv. Then they like to put all the chairs away and start to close up around you (9:20), I hate when restaurants do that. You close at the time listed on the door, get the fuc@ away from me Im eating. I would go there as last resort because they close late @10 or 11 but Im not going back. Sh$ithouse. My advice is to go to the taco trucks in pajaro better food and service.

Came with a friend. Asked for no onions on both of ours and we got no onions just as we asked. Service was prompt and condiments were well stocked and available. Very young group of staff members but they were friendly and attentive. What theyve done with the outside is awesome and its pet friendly outside. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Place seemed fairly clean and in decent order. Several light bulbs burnt out in mens restroom which is trivial but noticeable. Automatic paper towel dispenser wasnt working but I fixed it for them and theyll never know. Lol.

Been here quite a few times. Service tends to be pretty quick. The decor is nice. There is an outdoor patio and even a lookout dinning area. Inside there is a fireplace. Full bar and tvs make it a great place to watch a game. Bathrooms are single occupancy so there can be a wait. Parking can also be difficult as you are not supposed to park in neighboring lots. You can do so at your own risk. Overall I think this is a great place to meetup and eat. My favorites include the Hank Williams Sr. and The Dude.

My family and I just ate at Burger Aptos for the first time yesterday. We loved it! The menu and the food was wonderful. The atmosphere is great, both the cool interior and the very comfortable patios. Burger Aptos really stood out in the service department. The cashier was patient and helpful with us "first timers", and explained what was what. My daughter had a special request after the food was delivered, and the sever was very gracious. We are not Aptos locals, but will definitely be back!

Tried a few burgers which usually were just ok. Kinda dry not much flavor. Grilles onions, mayo and melted american cheese usually solves that problem. However one burger rocks (Im sure they have others that rock) and that is the Johnny Cash that has blue chees bits, fries and bacon in the burger and also comes with a side of fries that also have blue cheese bits and bacon. Excellent!

Gross. The first couple times we went was great. But that was like over a year ago.. the food is disgusting now.. Im not a chef, but come on, use some salt and pepper on the burgers, and who in their right mind would EVER caramelize red {purple} onions! I always get the Kobe sliders, but I swear thought they put WORMS on my sliders.. so gross. Tasted literallylike garbage! Horrible chef

Terrible. Worst customer service in years, including the bar tender. Burgers were cold, tasteless, overcooked, and buns stale. Fries were stale and cold. Sent them back and was scoffed at. Our friends were served the wrong order. Worst part was the salad. Lettuce was covered with dirt in BOTH salads. Dont go here. It was our 3rd time and we will not be coming back. Yuck.

Tasty tasty burgers. There are so many interesting choices. Last time I had the Kobe Sliders. They were awesome. Their sides and ranch to dip them were good too. I docked one star for their service. In the few times I have been there, they made mistakes taking my order and in what they brought me. I didnt try their beer, but i noticed they have a great selection.

I did a quick lookup of their restaurant on the public health code database, and they have had problems in the past with sanitation. On my visit, I found everything to be quite bland and dry. The waitstaff, while kind, were always extremely busy despite us coming at a time of day that was off regular serving hours, and there being very few people in the establishment.

This place is great, the food is mostly burgers but they come in all different combinatons for a bit of a variation. The draft menu is pretty extensive too and the atmosphere is perfect. The only thing the mission street has over this one is the beers taps and hard alchohol bar. This though is my preffered one, highly recommend.

Great food, great experience. When its busy their system is a little annoying because you have to wait in line to order, but they do deliver the food to your table when its ready. The burgers are awesome. They dont really do standard burgers, but have all kinds of exotic burgers with all kinds of things in them. Great food.
