Main Street Burgers is my go-to place for comfort food. Im a huge fan of their veggie burger. Unlike many veggie patties Ive had, Main Streets is not grain-based and doesnt taste like it came out of the freezer. Its one of the best vegetarian burgers Ive had, and the prices are reasonable so I keep going back. I make good use their frequent diner card. The milkshakes here are absolutely delicious. Ive tried several flavors and Ive loved them all. This location can get crowded at dinner time. Not recommended for a quick bite. This is a place youll want to take time to enjoy your meal. This is a casual restaurant, youll be given a buzzer for your meal, but the food here is some of the highest quality of its kind.

We were customers when MSB opened, and we still come frequently and enjoy the food and atmosphere. Today, however, the quality of the food was off. I ordered a veggie patty, and didnt discover it was a turkey patty until we got home :( The fries were really greasy, and my son didnt finish his burger because it too had a greasy feel to it. The chocolate shake was spot on - yum. We went at 5:00pm on a Thursday, so it wasnt a busy time. Anyway - 90% of the time the food is of good quality, tonight MSB missed its mark.

Came here for my brothers birthday. Decent burgers, but service was lacking. Our buzzer did not work, and our food was cold before we got it. The burger was cold and the fries were cold. No one seemed to care because the place was staffed by what appeared to be a bunch of high school kids more interesting in talking to their friends and each other than in customer service. The cleanliness could also have used some work, though it wasnt terrible. Id go to the super duper burger in Los Gatos over this place any day.

Ordered the signature burger that was 6dollars something. The patty was extremely salty and even though it was claimed to be medium, I could feel the "burnt" taste of an overcooked patty. If you are a BURGER place and if you get your own signature burger so wrong, I think it really deserves a poor ranking. However, I have only been there once so take my words with a grain of salt(pun intended). The 2 stars are for location and the veggies they used tasted fresh and the bun was nice and soft aka fresh.

Had the worst experience ever. I ordered the appetizer of mini corn dogs excepting a good amount of them, possibly a tray full. When instead that gave me 5 mini corn dogs for 5 bucks... Are you kidding me? You really believe that your mini corn dogs are worth a dollar each. Who do you think you are? I can go to Buffalo Wild Wings and have a feast of mini corn dogs for 5 bucks and possibly have free refills on them. Would not recommend, this event ruined my experience.

Before I really liked this burger shop because they served drinks and the food looked quite nice in quality. But my initial reception to this place has turned to hate, the servers never get the orders right and the food now is pretty bland for the price. I dont recommend eating here, the young staff constantly talk to one another.

Pretty good burger spot. The food is hot and fresh. Decent flavor, and nice busy atmosphere. I have experienced short wait times and enjoyed the experience, even though Im not really a fast food fan. The biggest drawback is the downtown Los Gatos parking situation. Overall a good experience.

If you get a burger here, you will love it. Its that simple. Amazing, fresh, quality food. Unfortunately, its gonna cost you. And the portions arent that great. But hey, expensives tastes is one that I have, so Im gonna keep going. Mind you it gets busy, so theyre will be a little wait.

Cool little franchise! Great burgers, very tasty, but kinda pricy. They recently added a great beer section, and they offer ice cream too. Outdoor seating on a very trendy, hip corner of a cool little town. Try the Hawaiian burger, pineapple and teriyaki sauce, YUM!

Came at 1 pm on Sunday. Very dirty when we came in. Lots of workers but they were not cleaning just talking. I have never given under at 3 before but my burger came bright red and undercooked. One other burger in my group also undercooked but others fine.

Fresh brewed iced tea. Tasty burgers. Friendly staff are helpful. Side of ranch, check. Extra signature sauce, no problem. Onion rings were a little over cooked and staff made a new batch. Great customer service!

The burgers are the best Ive ever had. Arianna, helped us pick just the right burgers for our group & was extremely helpful. Its now my familys favorite place to go for a quick dinner. We will definitely be back!!

Burgers here are pretty tasty! You can also get patties on top of salads which is a delicious and lighter combo. The fries and variety of dipping sauces are also great. Skip the sundaes though theyre only okay.

Good burgers. The fries are in-n-out style; so only OK. They have a Coke freestyle machine. The outdoor seating is really nice. Its expensive for what it is, but so is everything else in Los Gatos.

Delicious burgers, fries, and tots. Accommodating with allergies too! Staff is friendly and you can catch a game near the bar area. Location is great as its near the park and a large parking lot.

A nice little "roadside" style burger joint with lots of options. They even have ice cream. The food is good and I love the historic pictures of the town on their walls.

I cant figure out which is best...Main Street, Classic Burgers, or Happy Hound. LG has three great greasy burger joints! Love them all but it is artery-clogging fare.
