Sad to say my visit was totally unsatisfactory the meal was decent the manner in which it was served was terrible the hostess who received Us in at the at the sign encounter explained to us that it would be a 5 minute wait though there was no one waiting in the lobby and there was plenty of seating and the restaurant and plenty of people eating there I question her why we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and she said because we are just opening it was 11:35 and people were seated and eating after which we were seated at a table and the table had sticky something on it when I inquired to the servant he informed me that all thats probably just from the kids menu this stick there and he did come back and give me a napkin to lay on top he never offered to clean the table I waited till after I finish my meal before I requested to speak to a manager regarding the the reception at the front door and he was kind enough and Casual enough to say hell look into it but the type of service I received it is more far more Superior than the food the food can be good but the taste in my mouth was very distasteful I dont think Ill ever go back to that particular Garden could it be because its in Carson California or could it be that is poor management I think a bit of both but five people standing at the reception desk and one informs me that I have to wait 5 minutes while the other one kindly came over and said maam I will seat you there is something wrong there and I think its mismanagement Im so sorry to say that in as much as I live in the area I will not be patronizing that place again I do hope that they will open up a new the another restaurant thats waiting to be open soon I will pick 9 a.m. service is your front picket line and if you dont have a decent representation at the front then people are not going to be happy with the meal thank you for accepting my survey comment

The fifteen minute wait to be seated was fair; however, my party spent an additional 20 minutes waiting for the waiter to show up just to start taking our drink order. We had the forethought to place our entire order at that time. But, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for the drinks to SHOW UP - an additional 15 for the appetizers and another 45 for the entrees. Our waiter checked in on us ONCE to offer us a refill for one drink, never returning. We ended up having to pass up dessert. We spent another 20 minutes waiting for him to offer the check and when he didnt show we had to ask another server. The waiter then showed up at the end of the meal to try to excuse his poor service on the cook - however what we were most dissatisfied with was the poor service of the waiter himself. He briefly tried to argue his way out of the unsatisfying service but we dismissed him and asked that he simply bring us our check. Needless to say, the $125 meal netted him $0 tip. From now on, well be sticking to the Cerritos Olive Garden and we advice others to stick with their regular ones as well. This is not a location we will be visiting again.

This place has DISGUSTING service and is FILTHY!!!! If you want to waste your money go to this location. I recommend Torrance better it has an amazing view and is very clean and the servers are excellent!!!. I will never ever go back to this Olive Garden. First time I went the hostess didnt want to give me a better place to sit! when I asked her if I couldnt have a table she gave me tremendous attitude. Secondly when I revieved my chicken and shrimp Carbonara it was BURNT!!!!!!!!!!. Third of all the waitress never came back to give me utensils for my chicken and nogi soup. When I kindly asked another server for a spoon she started gossiping with another coworker and never gave me a spoon I was very frustrated! The manager could care less if his employees are not doing their jobs because it was very evident when I decided to come to this location. DISCUSTING SERVICE AND DISCUSTING EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! This place should be taken down immediately!!!

The hostess was very rude. We made an online reservation and arrived at 8:30pm. The hostess then gives us an ETA between 10-15. We waited for 20 min and got up to see why they hadnt called us yet. She then tells us our wait time is really 20-30min. We then advise her we were told 15min and have been waiting for 20min already. She then starts to argue with us and states that theres no way weve been waiting that long, she just saw us 5 min ago. This whole back and forth with the hostess just to get seated really ruined our dinner. The only reason why Im giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 is because our waiter Jeremiah H. was really on top of his game with us and other customers. I felt like he should get some recognition for his work today.

I made the biggest mistake by coming to the Olive Garden in Carson. Aside from not being greeted properly or allowed to choose my table, my family of three had the worst server ever in the history of Gardens period ha ha ha!! This server was giving my four year old attitude,she took the wine glasses from my boyfriend and I before offering us our complimentary sample and she dissapeared for a while. Once she decided to come back she was slamming things around and rushing . Our food took a while, the food was alright and when the check was ready she walked by our table the check down and walked away without saying a word....i gave her ass a one dollar tip ! I love to tip believe me ..but i felt so disrespected and hated ..

I love olive garden the food was great but the service was horrible... let me tell you firstly i waited an hour almost two to get seated but im not complaining over that i completely understand i mean a lot of people but getting orders bringing the food and being wrong understandable everyone mistakes but waiting for another two hours for our food to be brought again like really not good at all. And another thing our waitress was yes nice but kept saying just kidding every time i would ask her something and i was being serious and she was taken as a joke im sorry but i came to eat and have a good time not for someone to take me as a joke!

OMG... When I say the worst service ever I mean it. 1. Took awhile to greet us (bar area). When she did come she placed silverware and walked off. Didnt say a word! Later come back with a fake greeting and asked would we like something to drink. 2. The lady at the bar sucked, just didnt seem like she understood she worked in a CS environment and not some warehouse. 3. Again- Waitress... Sucks. I blame their poor service on management. How in the hell you got all these 1 stars and isnt doing anything to correct it. You should be on your staff .... Thats crazy to be so sorry like that.
