Customer Service is everything for a restaurant. Management needs to get on the front server Robert or Roberto. Get him a name tag first. Then let us have our food with light to no attitude. Attitude on the side....or better yet, No attitude. Its clearly displayed by his facial expressions he hates his job, the people, and sighs way too much like hes got a cough or something while rolling his eyes. Employees made it clear, when I asked if he was the manager, that hes not management material, always has an attitude and would be the last to be manager. I rarely come to this panda express location but this kid made sure to make me not come back again. He should go to McDonalds and hell see that attitude wont fly with customers.

I often come here but not anymore. I came here on Sunday, October 20, 2013 and there costumer service was real bad. My sister ordered an extra side of Surf & Turf and when she opened it there was no shrimp or meat. There was only potatoes mashed in there. I went to hand it back and the one of the girls was like "You only get three pieces of shrimp either way." First off, thats unprofessional and second she didnt even get those three shrimp to begin with. The employees kept talking and laughing with each other and wouldnt help the people waiting in line. They were so unorganized and uncoordinated, Im never coming to this place ever again. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Really bad I hated it...bad customer service and to top it off they took more then 10 min to take my order when there was only 6 people in the restaurant. They only served me the rice n chowmain and were making me wait for the orange chiken for more than 15 minutes so when I saw they didnt have it ready I just left the place

Terrible service. Employees were checking their social media and making a long line wait. I get home and no chicken no broccoli just chow mein. My mandarin sauce was missing. I called to let them know and they said they were sorry but they couldnt do anything about it. Well Im sorry I chose to buy my food there.

they have poor service customer service and their food is not done on time. Theyre trying main in orange chicken was not done sweetfire chicken breast and it took 30 to make. Food not done on time

Although there can be a wait for food sometimes (about 5 mins at the most), they work as fast as possible and that is because the lines to to get really long in the weekends (especially sunday!)
