The service here is mostly above average. Unfortunately, the young lady with braids & tattoos gives this restaurant a bad name. She NEVER smiles and NEVER greets the clients. It seems like she really hates her job and it clearly translates through her service. As a local that visits weekly, it would great to NEVER experience her service again. Customer service is vital and hers is non existent. I surely hope she is not a manager and that someone in management reads this. My receipt number was 1050 1 95 1067 & my visit was on 1/17/17 at 6:37 p.m. Horrible & nasty attitude would be the definition of her service!!! Wont be back here soon.

This is the second time Ive been here and although the food is good and the employees are somewhat friendly the place could be a whole lot cleaner. For some reason we could not find a waste basket to throw other peoples trash that had been sitting on the tables for quite sometime. Long story short, they are not very quick to clean up tables after customers have already left. And we would of been more than happy to throw our own trash away rather than leave it on the table for the next family.

The best Boston Market Ive been to. The staff is incredible the person that seems to be in charge is so pleasant and accommodating that as I ate there I got to enjoy watching her make every person feel at home.
