I wouldnt even give this place one star, but I guess I have to in order to write a reviewabout my TERRIBLE experience here. I called in, asked for a 15 piece combo of mild and lemon pepper, and arrived to pick up my order 20 min later. Paid with debit card, $20, thought nothing of it..... only to go home and find the combo I ordered was only 10 pieces and the wrong flavors of wings! Husband went back to only be told He couldnt get a refund because we "touched" the food, and we couldnt even get new food. And the manager (wish I remembered her name) told my husband "you cant order the wrong food and expect it to be exchanged after you touch it"..... umm what? I ordered what I wanted and you gave me the wrong damn order! I will never go to this place ever again, and I dont recommend anyone else either. The customer service was seriously the worst and the cooks were even outside in front smoking cigarettes.

I would give it 0 star if I could. Very poor customer service. Went there lastnight, order was completely wrong when we got home, called them to tell them, said they would get us a new order and to come back, told them we will be back the next day. Go back today, nobody ever wrote our name down, then they said where is the food from yesterday, HUH? (Who saves food to return the next day)! That was never told to us to save the food, it was to be given to us for their mistake. So today when we go back to replace it we were denied and argued with by management, stated the employee is new and gave us the wrong information. Couldnt reach the other manager! WHOSE FAULT IS THAT!! LONG story short we never got our food for a order they messed up on. Thank God they are FRANCHISED, what a disappointment to the owner. On to the next one!

Love the food here... The staff is amazing stopped for a quick snack. Note to self dont come on expected busy days.... Remember this isnt McDonalds the foods not gonna be ready by the time you get to drive thru.... Lol one fact they have no drive thru. Its not big but just enough space, clean, an three TVs and best of all they serve beer. Wait and good music

WORST customer service over ever experienced. The girl who took my order was rude and didnt even make eye contact. I felt like I was bothering her by ordering. Ive never left a review before but I after my experience I cant not say something. Hire some people with customer service and maybe youll have more returning customers.

The girl that took my order was rude and had the personality of a wet mop. Horrible service!! She literally could not take my order! This is for the customer service not the food. I didnt eat here because i didnt even place an order. Unreal service. Its actually sad how bad it was!

This place used to be great. But recently the service is terrible. All of the workers seem to hate their jobs and lives. The attitude and negative energy van be felt as soon as you walk in. And to top it off the potato salad was old. Dont recommend it at all..

This place has the best wings and the worst hours. Closing at 5pm on a Sunday? 7pm on a weekday? I consistently wish I could order this or pick this up more often. Anyways, best wings in sf. The Chris 2x hot and the green wings are a must.

I love this spot. Everything is fresh and the employees are nice and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with the bbq, lemon, or any of the dry runs. You need to come experience this nice place. Wish I could give 10 stars it deserves it.

My daughters favorite place to eat. Always enjoy eat every time go there or pick up and bring home, food always fresh and hot. Worker there are nice and clean but table just need to keep it up clean thats why I gave 4 stars instead 5
