If I just want wings I’ll go to wingstop (order online). If I want beer and wings I’ll go to The Draft. If I want wings, beer and sports I’ll go to BDubs. As a national chain it’s usually very consistent. Although the draft does have sports I spend a lot more time drinking and it gets more crowded for things so it’s often harder to enjoy. I came into liking BDubs through some friends who seemed to really like them and they are from the Midwest. I thought, it’s gotta be better than Hooters. They were right, so I welcomed them with open arms. Aside from some strange locations (Enc, SM on restaurant row) I think it’s a great addition to the somewhat stuffy RR scene. Parking is shared and minimal, but I like the space sized (a few inches wider than most places). I like the location of the outdoor patio getting good light and breeze. Inside is the standard BDubs set up and décor. I find the staff to be undertrained. I went when they opened and chalked it up to newly opening, but each time I’ve come since in the following months I haven’t really seen any vast improvement. This is a combination of management and training. It’s not that they aren’t helpful or curious, but just aloof to the needs of the customer. Maybe when my beer is empty and it’s the 1st quarter of a game, come by to ask me if I want another. I find the food to be slightly below par with other locations. They seem to be pushing drink specials, but the wrong kinds of specials (2 part drinks). Fried mushrooms, meh, queso dip, meh. I’m not coming here on wing special nights, but I feel like the menu is really pidgeon holed. I really like their wings, I find them juicy, consistent, flavorful seasonings (they aren’t marinated before frying, so that flavor is chicken people). I like this place as they go a little ham on the seasonings, probably why I order more beer here, funny how that works. That takeout pack is legit 50 wings, sauces, veggies, a side, naps, not bad. I was not impressed with their burgers/prices or the items under that category. Frankly I’d also stay away from the wraps/po boys. If you aren’t ok with just getting wings then perhaps BDubs is not for you Games galore, TV’s everywhere. Noobs breeding ground.

BWW is my absolute favorite restaurant, I come twice a week at least, and this place was probably the worst I have ever been to. First off the place was practically empty and we were seated and it took 25 minutes till someone actually came to rake our order. After we ordered we did not ever get a refill as we all had empty cups on our table before dinner. The food nearly took 45 minutes to come out and the wing orders were all wrong and there was little to no sauce on the wings, also our appetizer came out with our food which was annoying as well. When the check finally came we ordered an appetizer off the happy hour menu and they had it on the receipt at full price (needless to say we were there at the happy hour time). Also BWW has a thing called blazin rewards and this location has no idea what that is. Overall I will not be coming back to this location, and it saddens me to say this but I probably will be looking for another Sports Bar other than BWW in the fuure

Ive always loved BWs and the quality of their wings and sauces never changes. I was really impressed with their take out service on Sunday. I ordered wings online for the first time to take to a Superbowl watch party and I really thought I would be waiting for my order when I got there bc, isnt everyone ordering wings on Superbowl Sunday? When I got there they were very fast and very organized! I paid at the counter then the host showed me to the patio where you pick up your order. They had an oven where other orders were waiting to be picked up and someone came out as soon as I was outside and gave me my order. No screw up and the correct sauces (I requested 4 different kinds). Very impressed with the organization! I did pick up my wings at 2:00pm so maybe it got crazier after, but I thought it was great! Will place online orders more often.

Went there today and ended up having to leave for lack of everything. I am not going to give it one star because its not entirely their fault. Tons of tables available but still had to wait 20 min for a table for two. Once seated my guest and I were ready to order. Waited about 15 min hoping a server would have at least got our drink order but no server even came to our table. We decided to leave because we were hungry and tired of waiting. Went to Flippin pizza instead and got pizza. Food might be good, service might be good, but as a chef and once a restaurant manager I can say service was lacking today. My first time ever at BWW and all I can say is, strike one.

Considering it was "day 1," and theyd only been open a couple of hours, our experience was surprisingly good. Food was great, and our server was incredible. Only complaint has to be the "ultimate nachos." They were dreadful, actually. The menu says they come with chili, but ours had none - Just really bland chips with globs of some cold yellow stuff. Guessing that was supposed to be the queso that someone forgot to nuke? Otherwise, the wings (both traditional and boneless) were tasty, and the variety of sauces available is great. Place is really, REALLY loud, though, so if youre wanting a conversation with your friends, go someplace else.

Service was really great and the food was pretty good, but I have to say that the menu is one of the single most preposterously complicated things for such a simple concept: hey guys, lets make an awesome national wings chain. Great idea! How should we make the menu? Lets not clearly call out quantities, make pricing hard to understand, include special offers that do not clearly call out what is included... And then lets charge for things that typically are included when you buy hot wings (like sauce and celery). The food was what I would expect, but this chain is not doing themselves any favors by screwing up a staple.

This is one of my most favorite places to eat and Im dissapointed that I have to write this review... This BWW is right across the street from my job so its very convenient. I placed my order online and arrived to pick it up on time. The greeters were very nice but thats about it... My burger was dry, cold, and did not have the requested condiments or ingredients. My fries were barely edible and I gave them away. Ive eaten at several BBW across the country and this one fell way short of my usual experience. Ill dine in next time and hope the service and food is much better.

First and last time coming here. Service was slow but they did apologize at least. Food was worse than what you get at a stadium. Hamburger was frozen patty. We got an appetizer sample plate and its obvious they are just pulling frozen food out and frying it. As for the wings they were good but no different than any other place that has wings. Just way overpriced for the food being served. Its kinda like going to a fast food place but paying full restaurant prices.
