I have been coming to Pradeeps more or less weekly for four years. The reason I keep returning is because I always receive very dedicated service either from Pradeep himself or any of the servers. Food is always first class and well plated, even though I must admit that I would get stuck on a certain meal that I’d repeat week after week, but even when I’d switch it up, the replacement was even better and Id wonder why I never ordered that before. Even my Indian friends have been impressed when they’ve come here with me. Another good thing about this place is that they are open usually every night of the year, so when you’re hungry and you’re thinking it’s a holiday and everything will be closed, give Pradeep a call ‘cause more likely they’ll be your go-to for dinner that night. Ill be back next week.

My dinner was a spoiled trash today. I am an Indian and take great pride in Indian cuisine. I had the vegetable thali, the food came from trash cans of other restaurants. $:16 dollars for trash, unbelievable. The lady who took my order was absolutely arrogant and aweful. No greetings whatsoever. I ordered Aloo Gobi and Paneer mutter for the vegetable curries. I got a plate load of half cooked aloo gobi and no paneer mutter. When I told the lady about this and she exactly said this "dont eat your other curry I will go and get you the paneer mutter". No apology of any kind. Come on guys SHAME on you, you are ripping off peoples hard earned monies for trash food and you dont serve properly instead you feel like you are doing charity. SHAME ON YOU. I would rather frozen Indian food from target.

We had 3 meat/seafood dishes and they all tasted the same (tasted like they have been cooked with a cheap bottled curry sauce you buy in shops). The dishes had very little meat/fish and mostly potato or other veggie, making it very expensive ($20 for couple of tiny pieces of meat/fish). We wanted to have a good Indian meal after visiting the beach and thought that the food will be tasty when looked at the high price. But this was a complete rip off for a bad tasting, small servings of food. This restaurant brings shame to Indian food. At least bring the price down if you serve this bad food and put more meat in dishes when you charge so much. Must be surviving because of the first time visitors from a good location, and some customers who dont know what good Indian food taste like.

This is probably the most expensive Indian restaurant I have dined at for dinner. Price is around 30% to almost 100% more and the portions are very small. Samosas for instance are close to $5 and a third the size of what one gets at Samosa House in Los Angeles. Papadum is $4, while most Indian restaurants serve them complimentary. Entrees are around 30% more expensive than The Taj Palace in the Palisades and half the quantity. And the food did not stand out for the price they charge. Dont get me wrong, the food was good but it was way overpriced.

Nothing but FROZEN CRAP!!! Unbelievable..Ive been in LA and San Diego for 6 days and have eaten at many restaurants and this one by far takes 1st place for the WORST FOOD ever. Service was extremely poor and ambiance is dingy and dirty. How does this place stay open for 18 months let alone they have been open for 18 years!!!! Starve, eat from garbage, anything but eat here...Im begging you...save your money and your health.

It is a very small place. Very congested and door was broken so cold draft was in the restaurant. Restrooms were very dirty. Pradeep, the owner, lied about having a specific food and never brought it out after I was waiting for 30 minutes. A lot of the food was prepared from the freezer and you could easily tell. Too expensive for the quality.

This restaurant has absolutely no redeaming qualities. The food, service, and room were so poor I almost left. It was a chilly night ouside but I believe it was even colder in the restaurant. I would give it NO stars as a rating. Save your money and nerves and go to Nawab...180 degrees from everything offered here.

We love Indian food and were encouraged by the generally good reviews of this place. But we didnt think our meal was that great. Our group had chicken tikka masala, the roasted eggplant dish, the dal and saag paneer. Everything tasted the same.

Tried this today. The best thing was the online ordering and the on time delivery. The Samosas were good, but the Nan and the Chiken Tikka Masala were very bland and in the case of the Nan a little burnt. Akbars is still my favorite

One of the best Indian food in the whole continent. I live in the Midwest and only I know what restaurants serve here on the name of Indian food. Extremely delightful experience of having a supper at Pradeeps!!

Seems they dont make naan, instead they buy frozen and heat it and serve. it is very expensive. Once you visit, you may not prefer going next time. But the service was quick and good.

We ordered food for home delivery and were too disappointed with the Indian food here. Breads were awful.. seems like not fresh.. vegetables also tasted like not freshly prepared..

Terrible service, 30 minutes to bring our food, bought the wrong food, no water refill, asked for spicy, got tasteless. Used to be good about 5 years ago now I would not go back.

Very expensive relative to the quality of the food. At the very least, their Korma is incredibly bland.
