Only if I can, Ill give them no star!!! I was very excited to go to this place, but unfortunately I got lost because the lady that answered the phone didnt really speak English so I wasnt able to understand her. Definitely a bad experience there, I had purchased Groupon for this place, obviously everyone bought it. It is a very good deal, bottom line it was false advertisement, on the Groupon it says " you can use 2 groupon per table of 5 or more. Dine-in only. " So when I got there I told the waitress Im using 2 groupons since there was five of us 2 adult and 3 kids. They said we can only use 1 Groupon and it has to be 5 adults ONLY but why would it matter since there’s 5 of us total. WHY WOULD IT MATTER IF KIDS WERE EATING, IT specifically SAYS "2 per table of 5 or more." IT DOESNT SAY ON THERE THAT IT HAS TO BE ALL 5 ADULTS. OVERALL THEY HAVE REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!! DONT EVER GO THERE ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR FAMILY BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW KIDS TO EAT WITH THE GROUPON!!!!!

This is my all-time favorite sushi restaurant. Not only are the items reasonably priced, but they are absolutely delicious. I love the salad dressing on the salads, and they sometimes bring you complimentary edamame. I usually get the combination of 2 items, California rolls and shrimp/vegetable tempura, and though its really basic, its done well. My parents often get sashimi and other more adventurous dishes, and they love those, too. I have also ordered a take-out lunch combo twice, and both times it has been ready early and packaged nicely. In all, I love this place, and although the service can be slow on busy nights, it would never stop me from coming back. If youre choosing between this and the one across the street next to Subway in the Nob Hill parking lot, choose Furusato. Ive been to both multiple times – but I only chose the other one because Furusato was closed!

My favorite sushi spot in Campbell. Ive been here several times for take out and dining in. There are many sushi places in the area but this one is my favorite as it strikes the best balance between quality, service, ambiance and price. The food is pretty typical if you like sushi it has all the classics and typical special rolls. They have plenty of other items to choose from if not in the mood for sushi or if dining with someone who isnt a sushi fan. The staff is very friendly and often remembers repeat customers by name which is a nice touch. The decor is not your trendy night club sushi bar but it is visually interesting and gives it a sense of occasion. They have a decent selection of sake and typical Japanese beers like Sapporo and Asahi. Overall if you find yourself in campbell and want good sushi or Japense cuisine it is a very compelling option.

Furosato is a very good local sushi restaurant. The service is always friendly and the food is always good. The ownership has changed hands a few times over the years, so if you did not enjoy your experience in the past I suggest you try it again. One of the good things we enjoyed recently was the tempura combo appetizer. It is fresh, hot and very good.

Furusato is my familys favorite sushi spot. After trying countless places in the Bay Area, we have arrived! A rare combination of consistently excellent service and delicious food. Staff is great with kids, very family friendly. Not being able to decide between Volcano and Godzilla rolls, I sometimes have to order both... Yummy!

One of the best Sushi restaurant in Campbell. They use real crab which you can really taste and not the imitation kind. The staff is the friendliest I have come across. The ambience is very nice. With reasonable prices what else can you ask for. One of my favorite !!

Slightly more upscale joint. Prices somewhat above average. Biggest draw - creative rolls like the Campbell City, Blood Mango, or Volcano. Fried spicy calamari appetizer is also delicious. Service is usually fast, always friendly and attentive.

My opinion. The sushi here is a lot better than a lot of other places. The decor is lovely. The service is not bad at all. Every sushi roll I have tried has been exquisite. The only downside is this place is a bit on the pricier side of dining.

My Boyfriend and I went here with a Groupon and thought every roll we had was DELICIOUS! Especially the eel. There werent too many other people in the restaurant so the service was good. I only kicked off one star because it is a bit pricey.

Amazing service, such a great staff! Everyone was so nice and the food came quickly. The food was also amazing, I am very impressed and excited to have a new spot to frequent! Really great sashimi and the scallop roll was so good!

Service is bad. They got my order mixed up and she didnt trust me and went back to her notepad to check her order one by one. This was after 45 minutes of waiting and I had to wait again. There wasnt any serving utensils either.

Great atmosphere -- spacious, clean, lots of private booths, live piano music weekend evenings -- great service, and excellent sushi. Taking all into consideration this is the best sushi restaurant in the South Bay.

Many great sushi places in Campbell. This is as good as it gets! My fave anyway. We had the T-Rex roll...first time ever served! Ask for it. And they took care of my birthday dessert! I will be back, many times.

My local go-to sushi. Music sometimes on Friday and Saturday, tatami booths for big groups, very fresh sushi and no reliance on trendy/fancy rolls. Nice Japanese decor, too.

Has the best sushi rolls Ive found in the Bay Area. Sushi chefs are quick and helpful. Never a problem finding a place at the bar for lunch.

On the more expensive side. I think Ive been spoiled by the incredible price and quality of Sushi One in Milpitas, near my work.

Overcooked calamari, creative sushi rolls (although a bit overwhelming and cannot taste the fish).
