Windows is only open for breakfast so were seated in Hiltons bar restaurant, Fire/Vine. Its Friday night with captive audience of hotel guests crowding around the bar. We have the misfortune of getting an elderly couple seated next to us. The woman sounded like what comedians would stereotype as old Jewish lady who complained non-stop from the moment she sat down. Apparently she was bored and among many things, b*tched about how Hilton hotels in the US are comparable to Super 8 motels. Yay. This is how I wanted to have an intimate dinner with my boyfriend after he had a hard week at work.
