NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! 1. we get to the door there was no greeting mad dog face they just got a note pad and started to walk tours the tables. My fiancé and sister and I just stood there confuse like do we follow? She looks back at us and say "hello follow me" we look at each other like seriously? And told our selfs this food better be good. 2. A waiter comes to take our drinks we ordered 2cokes and 1 lemonade so we get up go the food serve myself ( orange chicken, chow mein, shrimp, crab legs, and dumplings) so let me tell u the food was NOT warm. my sister and fiancé was not a huge fan of the food either. Oh forgot to mentioned. They took about 15min just to bring the drinks. The whole time you feel like theyre rushing u to eat. I wasnt even done with my plate when the waiter comes and tries to take it. I hold my plate and said Im not done he just put it back down and walked away. No apology or anything. My fiancé started to get upset. So after that we get up and get desert surprisingly the dessert was the only OK thing out of everythig. We go back to sit ourselfs we havent even started to eat our dessert and they bring our check. That was the iceing on the cake. My fiancé was barely puting the debit card and the waitress comes and snatches the booklet. We did not leave NO tip. We start leaving and the waiter stops my fiancé and asks him "the tip?" My fiancé looks at him and laughs and says "your joking right I put ø for one shitty service and two for rushing us" and he just did a mad face and walked away. On our way home my stomachs started hurting it wasnt even 10min later I had to make my fiancé get out of the freeway and find a bathroom ASAP! I got diarrhea and my stomachs still hurts. If your looking to get sick and get really bad service and crappy food come here. If not beware. !!!!!!!! Never coming here again.

BAD , BAD, and now WORSE !!!!!!....... We are Asian family, but feel so bad with the way this Asian restaurant treated us. They looked at us in a mean way without any reasons. We were well-dressed, very polite and nice to them. Opposite to our excitement and politeness, their attitude of unwelcome made me very upset and disappointed. They ruined our familys night. We ate not that much at all comparing to their price. Honestly, my parents even said that their food still couldnt beat Panda Buffet. I came here mostly for the sushi and rolls but they were not that fresh as I had thought. My mom felt it disgusting with eating ice-cream in a rice bowl. Their plain dishes for buffet are in ugly color and decoration comparing to other Asian restaurants we have been to before. And the worst part was when they gave us the check while we were still eating with relaxing family talking at the end of dinner time. You know what, they put the check on our table with their impatience as if we would run without paying or what ? We felt so much uncomfortable, I was intent to tell them to take the check back and give us later after we said we finish. However, my parents told me not to because they didnt want to feel bad if something happened.... I dont know but if I had been their with my friends, I would have definitely told them to take their EARLY check back at that time. Everyone is different. You cant say we finish while we are not. Dont assume things when you are not sure. And dont look at us as if we would run and not pay. If your restaurant is Asian restaurant, the first thing you guys should learn is how to treat Asian customers better. In general, we would never ever come here again. And NO RECOMMENDATION ! Thank you

The only ones here that deserve any stars are servers. They were great. Came here on Valentines. Since its a holiday they hiked up their price and were supposedly serving lobster. There were not many patrons inside. the hostess was unfriendly. When sitting us she threw the place settings on to the table as if she was either doing me a favor that she is giving me a table or she was utterly disgusted by our presence. The food buffet was rather empty. Sashimi pieces were rock solid frozen. Crab legs lacked any flavor. The mayonnaise on the mussels and some of the sushi rolls smelled rotten . The worst thing was the hostesses ambushing me and tearing a lobster from my hands. Finally they brought out some lobsters; tiny, shabby, swimming in oil and stuffed with crust, but lobsters. I picked up one and put it in my plate and being a cute wife I picked up one for my husband who was standing right beside me, as I was holding it with tongs, suspended in air to let all of the disgusting oil to drip down before putting it on my husbands plate. I was ambushed by a hostess behind me, yelling at me "one lobster per person" right after that another hostess ended up behind the food counter right in front of me. As I was about to put it in my husbands plate the hostess knocked it out of my hands, with a war like cry "ONE PER PERSON". Turning what was supposed to be a sweet moment into a total outrage. Well the lobster was disgusting and we were not able to consume that crap anyways, but the sheer audacity and rudeness of the hostesses made me feel like I was not paying for this wonderfull experience with my own money, but I was at a charity foodline in a third world country.

This Buffet was one of my favorite ones 10 years ago, took a visit here less than 1 month ago, to find they rearrange all the food tables at the far end of the restaurant where you have to be inline to grab food, i had to pass by 5 trays of food to finilly find something that looked good, pass another 5 trays wondering how much long the person in front is going to take since you cant skip to the next tray till that person is done getting their food, finally sat down to enjoy my food and what i found out is that all of the meat is fat, even the steak was all fat. barely finished 1 plate of food, being disgusted by all of the dryness in their food, so i went to get some desserts and fruit, their little cakes tasted as if they had been in the fridge for weeks, during the whole time i was eating my waitress only filled my cup the first time so i was without drink for most of my meal, the waitress finally come with the check, "you get what you pay for" ive heard before considering we had been here last year and food wasnt that bad and it was only $36 last year, this time our bill was for $48!!!! asked the waitress how much was it per person she said 19.99!!! we could of had steaks at outback or olive garden down the street for less. never coming back here again. hoping your experience is not as bad as ours but as for us, they lost another customer.

I came here once with my dad just for "cheap eats." And the only thing I can say about this place is: the food is mediocre. Its gotta be one of the worst Asian buffets Ive ever been to. The restaurant has a wide variety of items on the buffet lines, which range from rice to salad to crab legs. A mix between "Chinese food" and some American selections. First off, the quality of the food is not good. It tastes somewhat old and/or overcooked. The flavor itself is nothing too great either. I pretty much tried everything in the buffet line, and nothing really impressed me much. The last resort was the crab legs, which I took advantage of only because its expensive stuff. It was okay, but again, nothing too great in freshness. Overall, I dont recommend this restaurant at all. The food was merely edible, and thats the only thing that saved this place from getting a 1 star from me. Even TODAI is slightly better tasting than this place. Just slightly. The food is cheap, and it stuffs you good. Nevertheless, when its all said and done, its a big disgrace to real Chinese food
