I would give Fuji a 3.5/5 stars if I could. I decided on their all you can eat for $21.99 ($23.92 after tax). Their selection is huge! I had to take a few laps before I made my first plate because of the amount of food they had. Sushi rolls, crab legs and claws, frog legs, clams, shrimp, crawdads, ribs, etc... Like I said their selection is huge. The food itself tasted really good and thats why they get a 3.5/5. The issue I had however was that almost everything was either Luke warm or cold. The only time I had hot food was when the tray had first come out of the kitchen, which wasnt very often. Its a little off putting to be eating slightly warm sushi, and fairly cold crab legs. Im a sushi fiend and their quality of fish is a 7.5/10, which for all you can eat buffet is exactly what I was looking for. All in all a great value and huge selection of food, but they need to figure out how to keep their food at the appropriate temperature.

Its your typical Asian buffet but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The baked oysters and mussels were not gritty and the sauces did not overwhelm the natural flavors. The fried whole crab had a sweetness to the meat that youd expect from crab that hasnt been frozen. The seasonal fruits like papaya and cherries were nice and ripe. The shumai and taro bun in the dimsum section were quite good. Id avoid the xiaolongbao (steamed pork dumplings) since those are so time sensitive. Its hard for any buffet to do xiaolongbaos any justice and this place is no exception. When we visited on 6/12, the mens bathroom inside the restaurant was under remodeling so we had to use the mens bathroom in the rear patio. Parking is a shared lot with a well known burger chain. Spots are easy to find on weekdays but I can see issues finding parking on weekends due to that reason.

The manager was very rude and threatened to charge extra if we did not eat all the white rice with the sushi at lunchtime, despite my explanation that my doctor has prohibited me from eating white rice. There was no posted sign that all the rice has to be eaten. No sashimi was offered. He said dont come back if we dont like his condition. Outside the restaurant is always dirty. Food is good, selection is good, much better than the buffet that was there before. They very quickly replace consumed items in the buffet. Service is so so. Best deal is weekday lunch at $12.99 per person.

Normally Osaka is moderate seafood at moderate prices. But their desert bar is a crying tragedy. What looks like a chocolate fountain is actually warm, cheap magic shell with some sad cake bites and old fruit. The ice cream is tasteless. The "free lobster" you get with the meal was bitter and gritty. Then we went to a Fathers Day buffet. The quality plummeted in this day and the price was raised. That was the last time we went. I love buffets and I dont demand gourmet food, but Osaka made me leave feeling taken advantage of.

The interior of this restaurant is great , although I dont see how its underwater design but the jellyfish lights r creative and fun to look at. One of the best decors for a restaurant. Price is not that crazy, HH offers great value for money. We walked in without reservation during happy hour and ordered snacks and drinks before being seated for dinner. Service was good but not as great as the environment. Food is okay, a little too salty at times.

the food is fine, lots of selections..the only bad experience that i have, when i want to have to go, mostly some buffet restaurant they have prices by pound, but here they dont, they only gonna look what you put in your to go box, then guess how much it is! imagine only orange chicken, chow mien n and fried chicken wings, they want to charge me almost $14.00, what the heck ? I told them, i will not gonna pay that... i hope, they should have, by pound!

VERY impressive buffet! Enormous selection of very delicious food. Osaka is a grand feast - so fun to challenge yourself to sample a bit of everything on the menu. Week day lunch price is a steal (in my opinion)! The head host (as I call him) is darling, adding a brighter touch to an already wonderful dining experience. Wow - satisfied indeed [sleep now though I go] I will definitely be back here a time (or three) per week!!!

The osaka seafood buffet was delightful. The seafood was mid grade at value pricing. If you are looking for a high end sushi house this isnt for you. But if you are looking for a glutton of sushi/seafood all under one roof to stuff yourself to the gills this is the place! I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends. Great value for what you get. Friendly staff and clean facility.

I have been to Osaka numerous times over the years and I have read enough reviews to come to the conclusion they are all right. I dont eat the sushi cause as far as Im concerned the rice is just a filler. After 6:00 pm the sashimi is good, I like to eat it with a salad. At different times different parts of the buffet are good. Lunch is half the price!!!!

Tips here are mandatory even if you are not satisfied with their service. They will chase you including the manager and will force you to pay their computed tip. Seems like the owner is getting their salary from the tip that they get from the customer thats why even to the extent of being rude and mean they acted that way..very dispapointed in going here

In one word - horrible! I am very disappointed with Fuji because this place was great a few months ago under new management. Now, the service was non-existent, i got the check 20mins from sitting down and did not have my drinks refilled once. The dim sum food were luke warm. The sashimi were not fresh. The crab legs were dry. All in all, disappointing.

I came to this place for my little brothers birthday. The food was good and was always filled. The reason for 3 stars is because, the mens restroom is literally outside in the back of the restaurant. Also, while my family and I were dining, the waitress was vacuuming around our table while we were eating. I thought it was a bit rude and distracting.

Food wasnt fresh - for instance dumpling hard around edges. It was hot and manager was stringent with air conditioning. Our party was dehydrated by the end of dinner. Serving staff wasnt particularly well trained but did their best and expressed their frustrations with the management as well. What a waste of good potential in an ideal setting.

The quality has been going down. But, it looks like changes are on the way, so well see what happens... Edit: the pictures dont show up with the review. They are closed for remodeling until October 29th. And when they reopen it will be called Fuji. Youd know that if the pictures were posted with the review. Where are the pictures anyway LOL
