Jinya Ramen is one of the better ramen locations in the Greater Los Angeles area and quite certainly one of the best outside of Little Toyko and Sawtelle/Culver City. Burbank location opened more recently and features outdoor seating. Street parking is spotty and I couldnt tell if they have their own parking. Food is absolutely wonderful. I ordered Spicy Chicken Ramen, asking them to make it hot and they delivered. It was spicy, but not so much as to dull the flavor of the broth. Broth was just the right texture and thickness. I would recommend asking for garlic, which makes it just a little bit better. Service seemed alright. I was only there for a pick-up but had to wait for a while. It wasnt very crowded but most people seemed to wait for their food.

Came to Jinya again today to sit by the fire pit and the atmosphere definitely got us in the mood to drink sake! The Jinya No. 1 Chicken ramen w/ Spinach noodles in mild was perfect for my ramen craving with the chicken being so soft! For the appetizers: my personal favorite is the Seaweed salad but The Crispy Kale Lollipop and Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura is a MUST ORDER! The food came out diligently and the service was great yet again!

A lot of the food is delicious. It can be a cold since a big portion of the restaurant is outside. The biggest issue is the time it takes to pickup a take out order. The first time I picked one up I wanted 15 min after it was supposed to be ready for a total of 45 min. The second time I waited 30 min after it was supposed to be ready for a total of an hour from order. When ordering at the restaurant the time seems to be ok.

Bitter sweet experience. Service was good and accommodating. My Ramen was cooked perfectly and flavor was spot on. Kids Ramen were not that great and the boys were not fond of them. And my boys really love ramen. My wifes ramen had undercooked noodles and she was not a happy camper. I would go again and stick strictly to the ramen I ordered. Spicy unami Ramen. Ground beef and bean sprouts were amazing.

Love coming here for quick bite or dinner w/ family! My favorite ramen is Wonton Chicken Ramen & Sprouting up Ramen. When Im not in the mood for ramen, I like to get few small plates & Mio, their sparkling sake(in blue bottle). My fave small plates are Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura, Caramelized Cauliflower & Crispy Chicken. Their new mini tacos are real good too. Everythings soooo yummy!

Favorite ramen place to go to! Im so happy that this location tasted just as good as the one in Studio City. I like how you have the option of sitting outside around a fire pit. It really makes eating ramen more of an experience. I would recommend. I really like their #1 (Spicy Chicken Ramen) with a seasoned egg. The flavors are rich and I actually feel full when I leave.

Horrible experience. If you look different than theyre "usual" clientele youll get 1 star service. Was judged the moment I walked in. My wife and I were sat and left unattended for 10 minutes and then asked if we wanted drinks. If youre not a regular, theyll treat you like and outcast. Saw numerous tables that got sat after me, get food and drinks right away.

The best happy hour in town. The spicy chicken ramen and pork belly buns were amazing. Cheaps prices on draft Sapporo. That outdoor patio was brand new and had a trendy vibe with places for big parties and tables for two. Service was quick and helpful with suggestions. Definately going to go back when in town.

The ramen is okay, definitely not my best. The noodles are not soft enough, the broth is so thick and i got TWO small pieces of pork, TWO for $11.50. The atmosphere and the fire place is what makes this place, Id come here for happy hour only but for ramen Id pass.

Ramen was amazing - would definitely visit again, but they forgot one item (side) in my order. Even after I reminded them about it, they didnt bring it even after I finished with my meal, so I asked them to cancel it - which they did, and didnt charge for it.

We tried this place for lunch, and were not disappointed. Prices are a bit higher than some (due to proximity to Warner Bros, I suspect), but food is tasty. Weve only recently joined the ramen craze, and this is near the top of the list.

Great ramen with lots of choices. Almost all of the seating is outside. Not usually an issue seeing as the weather is always so mild in SoCal however it would be nice to have more inside seating on those rare rainy days or cold nights

First time eating at a ramen style restaurant. It was hard to figure out what to order with so many choices. We managed with a shrimp appetizer, beer, and noodles with fresh spinach and chicken. Food was tasty!

The Ramen here is, frankly, not THAT great - Ive had much better in Little Tokyo. With that said, the location and environment here is incredibly nice and, considering its main-stream nature, very good.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Tried to call in an order for pickup at 5pm on a Sunday. Was on hold for 6 minutes, hung up and called back, was on hold for 9 minutes the second time.

Surprisingly delicious ramen at a fantastic price. Very friendly and attentive service. Portion are on the smaller side from what I was expecting but still should be able to fill you up.

Overall all the food is pretty good and the ramen is always satisfying. Nothing superlative but all good. Oh wait, their kids meal is in the running for the best kids meal anywhere.

Yes, just yes. If you know and love good ramen, this place is as good as its gonna get in LA. Fabulous contemporary design appropriately emphasizes indoor/outdoor living.

Delicious food, the reasons it doesnt get 5 stars are parking, wait and the last 3 times Ive come I had to ask for something that was missing from my order.

My favorite ramen joint in LA. The one in Burbank serves wine and beer too. Spicy chicken, "spicy" with thick noodles and a seasoned egg is my fav!! :)

Great ramen selection. Too bad no sushi like in some other locations. Found a hair in my salad once, a really long hair, but otherwise great soups.

Love the vegan soup, the only thing I dont like is they add the tip to your bill, I think tip is optional depending on the service.

Long wait, understaffed, but very worth it. If you want ramen that wont make your tongue numb from thick broth, go here.

The spicy tofu vegan ramen here is the best I have ever had. I get it with the spinach ramen, and it is exceptional.

Amazing setting & great service. Flavor is straight 100 and they have the best vegan ramen in existence.
