I love the bloody Marys and steak salads here. The inside has a classic camping diner atmosphere complete with boaters fresh of the delta walking around in bathing suits and summer fun wear. The narrow walking space feels a bit cramped but it doesnt effect the service which is good. Luckily you can divert your attention to the large windows with a view of the boat ramps comings and goings which can be entertaining. There is also outdoor an outdoor patio dining that is a bit more spacious.

I Experienced the most racisim towards ppl of color by the managment of this place on sun june 25th 2017 than ive experienced in 30+ yrs living in Ca. And now i hear they dont want ppl of color using there boat launch to access the delta waterways and they will be charging higher prices for those ppl of color that insist on using it. Refrence FB skibeach and see coments unbelivable

Whats not to love about Orwood!Best place on the delta!All the staff is super friendly.Breakfast is AH-Mazzing!I die for Chicken fried steak.Love going in the summer always lots of action.Great for date not steak and lobster in the evening.Tons of drink selections.This place is packed on the weekends in the summer so be prepared

The diner is fantastic! I love the Okie Tacos, they are huge and well made. Theres plenty of seating outside if its busy inside, with heaters for cold nights. We go there for breakfast as well, and the pancakes are exceptional. The ketchup could be better. The service is great, everyone is very friendly and prompt.

The RV park is HORRIBLE! It looks nothing like the website shows; all dirt, not flat, no sewer. They should just close it or advertise it accurately. Definitely do NOT pre-pay or even pay a deposit. They gave us a refund for the week we paid for, but not the $50 deposit. WE definitely could not stay there.

Really nice launch ramp. Well lit in the dark for early bass fishing trips and can launch three boats at a time. In the summer it gets crazy with wakeboard/surfing party crowd and can be a total cluster in the afternoon. But if you want to mingle with the single crowd, you may like it when its busy

The restaurant here has great service, the waiters and waitresses are in their 20s, so they are easy to get along with, the food is cheap, my meal on average is $10 including a soda. I like to watch the boats get launched and drunk peole try to walk!

I grew up going there as well and wanted to bring my family and get the gang together again. We camp in tents like we always have there. So Im very disappointed to read you can only camp if you have a trailer. So sad.

We stayed 2 nights. Wakeboarded all day and fished the night away. Very clean and friendly. Easy access. We were there when it was empty, so we had plenty of extra room for the truck and boat trailer also.
