The service was very slow. Had to wait ten minutes for a beer and water, never got the water. Once we told the waiter about waiting for the beer it took less than a minute to be poured and served. There was no reason for the delay for one drink, when the servers are not busy and there are 3 tables yet to be bussed 5-10 minutes after the party left (3 people) I enjoy the food here, honestly its a great place to eat (food choice wise) and the staff are polite, very kind and easy going. Yet I see that there isnt much urgency to get things done and please the customers. I understand people have bad days, but this is my second bad experience in about a month and a half with the same problems. On slow days with only two parties of 2-3 people the employees also tend to hang around by the far end of the bar talking and hanging out. Dont get me wrong, the staff are kind and polite, will joke around with you and make you feel comfortable. But the quality of the food service aspect and time to bus and clean tables is ridiculous when there are a couple people watching TV at the bar and 6 people total sitting and dining. I wont be eating here unless I get a Groupon for take out.

A hidden gem in Elk Grove. Has probably the best food of any casual restaurant in the city. The menu is unique and very large as to what is offered. The prices are low and there is always enough to take home for another meal. This place is a semi sports bar too, with many large screen TVs. If you are a craft beer lover this is the place to go. A varity of beer is an understatement. They continually rotate the beers on tap, so you dont have to travel much to get a taste of some of the best made elsewhere. If you want a taste -just ask- the beers are on draft. Staff are very interested in seeing that u are happy and full. Give them a try-youll go back for more

Terrible service, terrible food. I am a frequent customer of this restaurant and normally the food and service is good. Unfortunately tonight we had the worst service and food you can imagine. They seemed to be understaffed but that is no excuse. The service was slow and our food was brought out cold. When we sent it back to be recooked, we received the same plate of food that was reheated. I asked for the manager, but was told there wasnt one available. Our bill was discounted, but it doesnt make up for the terrible experience.

This place has great service and great food at a great price. I basically wanted a mix between two different burgers on the menu and they were able to make it happen. Portions are great too. I only ate half of the burger and Im looking forward to having the other half tomorrow. Wife had the carnitas salad which was also amazing. Meat was so well seasoned that salad dressing wasnt necessary.

Had a delicious Buffalo Burger, Cheddar Bacon style. I had it cooked medium rare, next time I will go medium. Medium rare was a little too red for my burger, steak ok. We also had frog legs which were like eating chicken wings that can taste like canned tuna all of a sudden, others on my party really enjoyed the Gator bites. Carne Asada fries were delicious and the Grilled cheese was spot on!

Large selection of semi local beers, some ciders and even sours!! Enjoyed the special, camel burger with cheddar and bacon, side of sweet potato fries, and my husband had the other special bacon/new york/top sirloin ground burger with chorizo fries. Both burgers were superior. Atmosphere was friendly. Service was great. Cant wait to return and try gator bites and a buffalo burger!

My family and I previously visited their other establishment and was excited when we saw this in Elk Grove. I was so disappointed. We will not be back. Lots of inexperienced servers. Customer service was horrible and the server tried to intentionally short change us $20! I had the Buffalo burger and was terribly sick as soon as I got home. Talk about exotic meats!

This place serves up some very adventurous food if youre up for it. I have been here a few times and tried things exotic and ordinary. The food here is good but the flavors are fairly safe and predictable. The service is incredibly slow. Portions are massive! Plan on sharing or bringing something home. The beer selection here is also very good!

Huge portions, i always have left overs! You can choose any kind of meat including exotic animal burgers and gator bites... yummy. You can get any burger carb free, they simply put it on salad, brown rice or a la cart. You must try the cheesy grilled cheese with cheese sticks and bacon inside delicious

Great selection of exotic meats, as well as some "normal" fare for who dont want to venture outside their comfort zone. When I first ordered, my burger came out over cooked, but the staff was amazingly kind and diligent and just 10 minutes later I had a perfectly cooked elk Burger!

First time here for lunch. I was there at 12pm. And I saw only two customers at the bar which happens to be retired couple enjoying their beer.. The customer service was slow. I ordered chicken sandwich. They took their sweet time to deliver.

Come for three fries. No A/C when me and my family were there. The burgers are ok not impressed. Its a burger place. Service was at the speed of smell. Great beer selection. Only recommending the fries. The fries are great!

Terrible they were out of all chicken products, the drink dispenser was down so nothing but water or tea. And the service was the worst Ive ever had. Expensive and trying to get you to buy extra stuff. Rip off dont bother.

Great spot for burgers. The selection of exotic burgers is extensive, and Ive never had anything I didnt like. Little pricey for a burger, but worth it to me as the quality is outstanding.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was very good. My only complaint is my ranch dressing for my salad was ridiculously salty. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it.
