Ive ordered online from corner bakery numerous times, and this last time, will be my last time ordering anything from here. I ordered at 9, to have ready by 915, i came at 910 and it was already finished, i asked an associate about the order, and he said, yes sir here it is, asked another associate to ring me up, but she was too busy making drinks. Ok, i understand you have a task you need to finish, but instead of ringing me up after she finished, she went to the register to take OTHER PEOPLES order. SO IM GOING TO JUST SIT HERE AND WAIT? asked to speak with manager, and she was helpful, and nice, if the entire restaurant had her mentality id come back, but i dont think that will happen. She had a fresh new order made, and they comped the cost of it, but it does not fix the big issue.

Gave them one star for the times Ive been there when the food was good. Two times ago that we went there, a cashier was yelling at a cook in front of a crowd. When the manager told her to calm down, she told the manager to "shut up". The food took 35 min to show up after it was ordered. Last time we went there the kids mac n cheese was half the size that they had been every other time. We were told that they had to cut back on the sizes. The chicken pasta only had 3 bite sizes pieces of chicken for the adult meal... it used to be full of chicken. We were told that it would be an extra charge to add more. The soup was completely watered down and the wait this time was just over 40 min. Its unfortunate because prices, location, service and food used to be good. Not anymore.

I really enjoy eating at Cornerstone Cafe! The food and coffee are delicious. I usually order the Anaheim Scramble. They customize it the way that I request it. My husband has had the pancakes, which were good and they gave him 4 huge ones. Weve also had the chicken salad sandwich and the steak and cheese sandwich- both were good. The staff are always friendly as well. It gets busy and crowded sometimes, but thats not a problem. They have outside seating too. Weve sat outside in the summer and brought our pup with us. They also have free wifi and lots of pastries.. I heard theres a location in Natomas, but I havent been to that one. I recommend trying this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ive visited this location 4 times and Ive had issues three times. While the food is good, there is an issue on the service. Food came out and different times and we didnt get our drinks until after we has eaten. I went up to the counter a few times and was told that the barista was backed up. It was not backed up. Also, that still does not change the fact we did not get all our food and we had to be asked on two seperate occasions what we hadm. Manager came to our table and blamed his barista. This is not acceptable. Own up to the fact that your kitchen operation was shoddy instead of throwing people under the bus and not even providing compensation.

I been this location twice and both of the times I didnt like it. My first time, I had ordered tomato soup, it didnt taste so good. My second time which was couple days ago, I ordered their panini sandwich cambo. I was pretty hungry and after a few bites, I didnt finish my food. Moments after, I along with my friends got really sick. I dont normally write reviews about anything, rather keep it to myself, but I couldnt just let this one go. Please dont waist your time and money here.

Loved this place when it opened but sadly its severely lacking now. Service has gone downhill. In the dozen times weve eaten here we have had exactly 2 meals come out with our entire order correct. The food is good but the lack of consistency is horrible. Portion control is all over the board. The final straw tonight was showing up and having a huge rat sitting in front of the door. We are done here!

Corner Bakery Cafe is basically Panera with better prices. A U Pick 2 deal at Panera is like $13 for two small items; for $8.99 at Corner Bakery, you can get two bigger portions of comparable food. Their kids meals are great for smaller appetites and include a drink and a cookie. Will definitely come again!

I can appreciate what theyve attempted to do here. It was good, not great. Messy dining room during a rush, should have a single person managing the tables and bussing them. Eggs only one way. Pancakes were amazing, but if I had to spend the money, Id rather go hit up a Dennys and relax, and I hate Dennys.

This place is awesome. I love coming here with my grandpa. The staff and managers are super nice and they have really good food. I love their bblt sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup. They also have a good drink selection, sodas and lemonade, tea, and coffee.

A little over priced for what you get. Breakfast sandwiches are ok but the pancake plate is impressive.. freshly made and piping hot. Dessert straight from the display case is probably best option if you want a quick in and out

Part of a regional chain, this place is good for sandwiches, soups, and salads. It is a casual counter service establishment where they deliver your order to the table. Food quality was good and price was reasonable.

Fast and efficient service. Mangers always double checking your orders accuracy and not to mention how delicious everything is made. Ive been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never been let down.

Great selection for a cafe. Baked goodies as well as the usual sandwiches and salads. Paninis are a bit small. Go with combo of pasta and salad or soup. Prices are very reasonable. Fast service.
