I recently moved to Brentwood and I love the customer service I usually get. Tonight must have been my off night because the crew seemed to be in a rush, especially the lady that seemed to be in charge. No hello, no smile, just took my order, cut and dry...very dry! At least the guy that made my daughters frap was pleasant. Thats why I gave 3 stars.

I like the service here, they have never been bad for me, and they make good drinks. The people are quite friendly and will complete your order quickly. They also have a nice seating area that is great for hanging out with friends. In the end, this is a nice Starbucks, and I recommend it.

They either get the order wrong more than not or have ran out of cups.....Oh and no coffee at times if you can believe that from a coffee house.....never offer to fix the situation or give a comp for not having what they should. Terrible starbucks....more like deadbucks

Friendly, got lucky with location d/t pay it forward going on...we kept it rolling! Crowded on the inside..not too much seating thought plenty outside seating if the weather is right or you brought your dogs.

Went in on Friday evening around 6:30 the counters and floors were very dirty . There was a large fly in the food case . 3 other stores in the area Ill be going to one of them

This store has become quite busy but they handle that customer volume quite well. There are usually 7 employees or more. Starbucks standard quality, nothing more or less.
