.So the only thing I actually enjoyed from this establishment was the bread. But even that came very late. I will say the waiters where polite. But the rest of the exprirence was sub-par. My family and I waited 55 mins for our food. Even for our appetizer and my brothers root beer. Then when we got our food. My order was wrong. But that was not the worse part. My mother dish took 15 mins After Everyone got there meal. My brother ordered a linguine dish and 6 bites into it he found a Large peace of PLASTIC in his mouth. The second waiter then offered to comp his plate and offerd a desert for him as well. My brother decided to order the cream brulee ( it was ok but not How it Should Have Been ) Then the first waiter asked how my food was? I was honest with him and said. " To be honest I didnt really enjoy it. " He then said oh no ok we will take that off. But then once the bill came.... mind you 10 mins after we were all done. It did not have both the meals comped. Just the Plastic dish. We then went to the main waiter and said we were told that my dish would be comped as well. Then 15 MORE mins went by as we Waited for someone to take my meal off the bill but then they decided to charge us for the Free Desert they offered to my brother. Point to all of this is we might not live close. But part of our extented family do live in Ben Lomond. And after this experience we do not feel obligated to give them a good review and or another go. I do not recommend this restaurant

An Italian restaurant in Ben Lomond I have driven past many times. From now on I plan to stop by every time I am in town. Amazing food. My lady and I started with the Antipasti Calamari Al Forno, it had an excellent presentation, breaded and crisp on the outside and perfect in the inside. Fresh baked bread two different types were brought to the table with Olive Oil and Balsamic to dip the bread or if you want butter ask for it, good combination. My Lady ordered dumplings in a Pesto sauce, I tried it very good. I ordered the Zuppa Di Pesca I believe it was called on the special of the day menu. A soup with Salmon, Clams, Shrimp and Calamari delicious no added spices which I normal do to all of my food. Our service was very good. I ordered the draft and my lady ordered de-café coffee, I tried the coffee she ordered and had to have a cup of the house coffee WOW freshly brewed Italian coffee forgot the name of it, but it was one of the best coffees I have had. Sitting in the patio surrounded by a grove of Redwoods made for a romantic evening. Music on Wed. and Fri. next time I will be there on one of those nights. Plenty of parking. Thanks to Mario and his staff for helping us with the menu. Good Times Thank You Rafael Gonzalez

I came in with my gf for our date night last night...the only night I have off. Our waiter said he was the manager of the store. We asked him no spicy food, he brings out spicy food...so we had to wait another 20min to bring out what we ordered. He forgot my gfs side order, and never asked her if she wanted anymore wine. I went to look for our waiter and saw him eating at the bar. We were the last ones at the restaurant btw. I drank an entire glass of water before I noticed I had been drinking out of a cracked/broken glass. The experience was completely miserable. When I told the owner about everything that happened, he tried to have me come back next week and he would comp our meal. I said, youre going to comp our meal tonight. I woke up this morning with glass in my throat and have been spitting up blood all day. I called back at 9/10 @5:30pm and spoke with another owner and he told me to come in tomorrow, they are to busy for me to help than hung up on me. I will be for sure getting my "Lawyer" involved since Casa Nostra and their owners did nothing with the situation. If I could give 0 stars I would. This experience has messed me up in a major way.

Decided to get away from the kids, show up and we get seated in the beautiful redwood grove. A nice band is playing and catering to some request of the couples around us. We ordered from the nightly specials menu. The food took awhile coming off a busy Friday night but we had bread and some bubbly recommended by one of the Italian owners who was gracious and shared a toast with us. When the food arrived we were very happy, I with my skirt steak creation and my wife with an excellent fish plate that made conversation very scarce due to the intense devotion to the excellent food. The band was very good and I had to tip them before leaving. Last time I was here I used their Beer garden in the back and had an awesome burger and garlic fries...along with a good tap selection. I will be back again,,,again...etc...love it.

First of all we are from out of town and a lonnng way from home. We walked here from our motel and the humidity was off the roof. No one greeted us as we walked in and my daughter in law introduced our group to a waitress and we were ignored for about 15 20 minutes. Two of our party decided to go back to the motel and find a jack in the box. I wish I had gone with them. The $17.00 lasagne didnt even look like lasagne and it was burned around the edges. My daughters dish was pretty good, mushroom ravioli I believe, but her father ordered spaghetti and for 17 dollars you would expect a little more, a teeny bit more then the little spoonful they give you. This was a big disappointment provided that the setting was so beautiful.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The espresso is so amazing! The potatoes with breakfast is so good! I had eggs benedict and it was so great! The mr. Had a super tasty omelet. They use a sourdough English muffin that is one of the freshest things and their croissants. Mmm. Absolutely adored this place!

Delish Gnocci with serveral choices of sauce & Pasta al Quattro Formaggi. Perfectly dressed salads. Good selection of classic rustic southern Italian fare. Outstanding servers and accomodating chef. Bread made in-house daily. Love to eat a relaxing lunch here. Try Tartuffo for dessert!

We really like going to Casa Nostra. Now that they have added the Tap room it is even better for us as our daughter can run around the outside while we sit in a bit more casual a setting. We recently went to breakfast here as well and it was really nice.
