Oh gosh what can I say! I went here twice and the same woman helped me both times , once in drive thru and once in store. She seemed like she was a very unhappy employee. No customer skills what so ever . No smile no thank you no can I help yOu . Nothing. When I was in drive thru there were only a few cars and when it was my time to order I waited like 3 MINUTES for someone to take my order when I got no response I drove up and said no one answered me on the order station and she yelled saying Ive been taking everyones order and wanted me to go back around drive through. Are you crazy! She took my order of three caramel frappes with extreme frustration as she told the girl to make it. After those two experiences I will definitely not be returning. And I must agree with everyone else it does seem watered down just a bit.

I have been in the drive thru here many times and every time I wonder why. I sit in the drive thru for no less than 15 minutes EVERY TIME. No matter what time it is! All they do is quickly apologize for the delay and hand me my drink. Sometimes they dont even do that. My drink sits on the counter while they chit chat and laugh for 5 minutes while Im waiting. I get a chai tea latte with soy milk. It takes SECONDS to make and there is no reason I should be waiting so long when the employees are literally just standing there talking. I now go to the Starbucks down the street and have had far superior service. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because they have only messed up my order once, which is pretty good considering how scatterbrained and unattentive their employees are.

Horrible horrible experience! Couldnt hear through the speaker so I pull up and the girl gives me attitude to the max. I say girl because she did not act grown at all! I then give her my order and she didnt write it down so she got the order wrong. And when she tried to correct me about the speaker situation she let me know how wrong I was instead of apologizing for the confusion. And I am Starbucks employee so I know how to correct the problem and that was not it! She asked another worker to take her place to finish my transaction which was unprofessional to say the least.

This is a great place to study/work without being bothered. Sitting by the back wall means no cold or hot drafts from the door. I cant say much about the customer service, and the food products are just like any other Starbucks. As a decaf drinker they didnt argue with me about doing a pour-over, like some other Starbucks do, or insist I get an Americano like most do either. But I am routinely ignored by the baristas, who seem to prefer talking to each other instead of giving good service. But... the atmosphere for working is great!

Today I went through the drive thru for an afternoon pick me up in the form of an iced decaf pumpkin latte. Yum. After a long wait in the line, the cashier notified me that my venti sized drink was on the house due to the longer than usual wait. Turns out they have some new baristas in training, so that caused a delay! Way to take care of your customers. I really like this location, the drinks and service are always good, without the bad attitude you can find at other locations.

This location almost always gets my order wrong in the drivethru! Ask for a vanilla bean with caramel.. they give you caramel frapp. Ask for no whip cream they still put it. I got so fed up that I figured it out after I drive away that I decided to wait there and walk in so they could get it right. If your drive thru expect a wrong order because the people at this location never seem to care if they get it right!

Worst experience ever! the hours are posted on the door cleary stating on Saturdays they close at 12am, little after 11pm the night shift always shuts it down real early they even left 10 customers hanging in the parking lot and a couple cars left the drive thru with the employees ignoring us and continue to socialize thanks I wont ever return to this location.....

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The customer service was horrible he was mocking me and my husband and took the order and left for no one else to prepare the order. We complained and still no result to the matter, they apologies to us but the one rude guy was no where to be found. If he hates working there then quit!

Nice cool environment. Great baristas and the drinks always come out good. They sometimes take longer than expected and youre more than likely to end up in a busy drive thru line if you decide to go through there instead of walking inside. Other than that, its a nice store.

Starbucks in general is very welcoming but the service here really stands out! Constantly being maintained clean and presentable, quick service, and friendly smiles. In particular Robyn is the one who made this visit so welcoming :) Her energy is contagious!

Everything they make here is made with pure water . Asked for no ice and no water and it tasted like pure water. Asked for 13 pumps and paid for it and only got about 5 pumps . Dont go here not worth it

Dont expect for this to be a quick stop for a cup of joe...this place takes an eternity! Especially in the drive thru line.plan on atleast 25 minutes with three cars minimum in their drive thru line.

Worst Starbucks for parking. Small lot with too many businesses. Can take a while to find a park, better Starbucks on alondra and Lakewood, shorter wait and better parking.
