Every time I stop by in the evening the store is a mess. The music playing is rap music such as drake and usher. I thought Starbucks had a selection of music appropriate for all. The staff uses vulgar language, talking about the nights out with local police officers. I will bring my children back to this store. I took district mngrs card and will be contacting her. The morning service however is wonderful. The staff greet me and know my drink. The morning supervisor Cynthia always has a smile on her face. I think I will stick to getting my coffee fix with your am crew.

This is the worst Starbucks ever! Not only are more than half of the staff rude but they always get our order wrong. Today I ordered something with no whip or drizzle and when I went back to tell her I asked for no whip, the barista opened my drink and scraped it off with her finger. Every time we go we order at least $60 worth of coffee, youd think theyd be more polite or at least get our order right for once. Its usually the morning shift, because when Ive gone in the evening the staff is very nice.

This is my spot my wife and i love the Bartisas here specially the girl group in the morning they know who they are from gabby to brianna cels. Jen and Danny his the man never seen a good manager like him always come back to them no matter what they know our drinks so well dont even have to bother to tell them our two Joses, Luis, Alexander good atmosphere always happy I give y I u guys 2 thumbs up

Date: 2/12/15, 6:30pm. Was not approached by the batista at the counter. Instead drive batistas were chit chatting with each other, cleaning up, and not paying much attention to three guest as we walked in and hoped to be greeted.

Remodel location but they forgot to add the powerMats to charge phones, if you are looking for work space have your devices fully charged. There is not a single power outlet at this starbucks. Other than that good coffee.

Employees more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers. 2nd time theyve messed up a basic order. Told cashier that I wanted to use a reward, at least twice, but was still charged.

My go-to Starbucks near my work location. They are fast with their service, they have drive-thru and the manager is very nice in solving issues. Located next to the Home Depot, but plenty of parking.

Clean, quick, and easy......I placed my order threw the mobile app while in my car. My drinks were ready as soon as I walked in. No wait and no need to stand in line.
