Im a permanent Starbucks customer (2-3 times a day) with prepaid money on my Starbucks account came to this place to work on my laptop, to have a breakfast and coffee, but before that I wanted to go to the restroom, so I wouldnt interrupt my work with putting all my stuff (laptop, charger, etc) back in my bag pack and taking out again later. Also there was a huge line to the order window. Mr. Jared "The Boss" blocked my way and told me they have no Public Restrooms. Ive tried to explain him that I came first of all to Starbucks, I tried to show him my Starbucks app with prepaid money on my account and to explain that Im going to stay to work and make purchases, but he didnt want to hear anything, interrupted me every time I tried to say anything and finally he threatened me he will kick me out. Fantastic service!!!! Go to Coffee Bean across the street! They are friendly and will give you the pass code for the restroom with your purchase!

This place is by far my favorite place on Main Street in Huntington Beach. The staff here are amazing and remarkable Beyond friendly courteous attentive and go above and beyond to make sure that each time Im here regardless if Im a regular or not I have an amazing experience with Starbucks. Not only are they invested in my experience with Starbucks but I feel like theyre invested in my life like theyre a part of my life and when they see myself and my son whos eight who loves them all individually as well they take a special vested interests and knowing and making sure he knows that hes acknowledged and his needs are met as well, I love this place like a 2nd home an their new manager is amazing an has some amazing friendly vibes! We love you guys an appreciate all your hard work an dedication!

The coffee was ok but I dont like whipped cream and the server forgot to ask me then they scooped it out! Ugggh also the bathroom had absolutely no paper product of any kind!! Made me wonder how the employees washed their hands! Ugh disgusting!! I told the server that the bathroom needed paper and they didnt fix the problem until we were leaving, we had to use napkins as did everyone else in line behind me. It was so dirty with paper and trash laying everywhere yuck! I dont think Ill go there for coffee again it was very unacceptable. Very unhappy customer.

This Starbucks is unlike any other Starbucks and not in a good way. Especially in a downtown area with 16 million visitors per year. Service and employees are beyond rude at this location which is typically unheard of at Starbucks. Power outlets and seating accommodations are underwhelming as well. This location is a disgrace to DT HB and should be immediately shuttered. We deserve a much better location right on the pier with a drive thru (or even a bike thru or skate thru :P)

I think that some of the worker are very rude and self centered for working with the public .I think when the managers hire them the should work along side with them and see for them self whom the hire truly are with the public and fired them on the spot if they see or hear, there employee, doing wrong to there customers . After all Starbuck coffee, house are high in price to begin with and now I read they just went up again .

I rely on Starbucks as a place that I can grab my coffee and do some work on the road but this was a very disappointing visit! No bathroom, even for customers. All outlets are sealed shut so no power and the wifi was so-so. In addition, the high ciunter seating was extremely uncomfortable. The coffee was as expected and the staff was nice but I had to find another place to work. All in all it was the most unwelcoming Starbucks I have ever been to.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, especially for such a busy area as Main Street. Seating is extremely limited and there is no power for patrons who would like to stay a while with their devices and enjoy coffee. They also recently restricted the restrooms to only be used by the Baristas so say goodbye to refills if you need to go across the street and use the restroom since that would end your visit. This place may as well be a drive thru.

Barista did not call my name when set my coffee on the counter. He was talking to someone he obviously knew. As a result, a child proceeded to play with the cup so I thought it was his drink. I waited a long time, watching quite a number of people get served. When I finally inquired, the barista was rude. It was my drink sitting there all along which I discovered when I went over and picked up the cup.

Slow baristas who could careless if your order is made right. They sit and talk to each other instead of trying to listen to the people ordering. Drinks are always made wrong which makes everything take 10x as long. Theres always an extremely long line and limited seating. As a former Starbucks employee this location is such a disappointment.

Love my coffee and no better place to go than Starbucks. This location right on main street is great. They got my order out to me so fast that I was surprised. I ordered five different drinks for everyone and received my order very fast and it was correct. Would definitely recommend this location.

I go here like 2-4x a week. Im funny & girls love my "xxx jokes".... The guys love my xxx jokes too! If the customer is GRUMPY, then the experience will be "grumpy". If the customer is funny, then expect funny! What can you say, the girls are hot, and I love it there!

Great location in downtown Huntington Beach. Love grabbing a drink and then heading down to the actual Beach path for a walk. Staff is always helpful and they are also dog friendly by offering water for in a cup.

A typical, warm, welcoming Starbucks with all the Starbucks coffees, teas and eats. Restroom is impeccably clean (as is the rest of the shop) and a changing station is available for babies and infants.
